- In this new reality/competition series hosted by Sara Rue, nine overweight couples with nine unique wedding themes engage in competition to win the wedding of their dreams. This week the couples size each other up and get cut down to size by fitness trainers Jennifer and Nicky in grueling workouts. Size becomes an issue as the couples try on wedding gowns and tuxedos with wedding planner Brian Worley. The first wedding challenge is a dance-a-thon where the couple's will compete to win their fantasy wedding gown and tux. And one couple triumphs while another is sent packing in a tense "Til Death Do Us Part" elimination challenge.
- This week the couples get to choose their wedding flowers, but in order to win them they must power through a grueling wedding challenge on the beach. In addition to the flowers, winning the challenge also earns one lucky couple a one-pound penalty to be given away to another couple at the weekly weigh-in. Also, after failing to lose any weight the previous week, two contestants receive special attention from nutritionist Ashley Koff, R.D. Finally, two couples face off in the final eliminate challenge and one couple will be sent home.
- This week the five remaining couples choose invitations and table settings with the help of wedding coordinator Brian Worley, and to mix things up, trainers Jennifer Cohen and Nicky Holender take the couples to a pole dancing class. Meanwhile, one couple has a heart-to-heart about their need to step it up in the competition, and for the first time, immunity is on the line during the wedding challenge, in addition to another one-pound penalty. One contestant desperately wants that immunity, and the win would allow them to use one-pound penalty against another contestant as payback. Finally, two couples face off in the elimination challenge and one couple will be sent home.
- This week the couples join wedding coordinator Brian Worley to pick out their dream wedding rings. Meanwhile, one contestant faces down his nemesis and gets closer to fulfilling his life-long dream of becoming a cop, and the sound of sirens become very familiar as two contestants are taken away by ambulance on the same day. One happy couple conquers the challenge and wins the ring of their dreams, and gets to give a one-pound penalty to another couple who don't take the news very well. Lastly, one couple will triumph while another is sent packing in a tense elimination challenge.
