- The Acchhe Din In this technology driven, and ever connected era - Cinema as whole, has perhaps the greatest potential to be the most effective mass media instrument. So here I, Aron and my team, is presenting you a creative effort of ours with a similar zeal and simplistic message that "Complacency is Self-destructive". Regardless of what your struggle is, what your goals in life are and whatever is the destination you have aspired for, our message to you, in coming 10 minutes is going to be simple - that, at any stage of the your journey [of life] you cannot afford to be complacent or contended with what you have achieved so far. Our story rests in the backdrop of a small North Indian town , A young guy similar to million other impassioned Indians, He is desperately chasing employment opportunities in order to make both the ends meet. The story unfurls with an interview call to him and from there on, his struggle to consolidate that opportunity begins. Story moves further depicting different kind of challenges that Guy gonna face before finally securing the job. How he deals with the initial encumbrance of not having a shirt to wear for the interview or; the challenge of reaching the interview venue on time or; the challenges arising out of contemporary social settings! Thereafter how complacency seeps in, once he manages a shirt from his partner and gets a timely bus ride - so much so that, he starts day-dreaming and ultimately lands into a miserable situation cause of it. And its then, when our confused young man realizes that no one other than he - himself is responsible for what has happened. Our efforts are here to highlight the consequences of prematurely aligning focus from efforts to result. Hope in next 10 minutes we will be able to leave you with an ever lasting impression and at least with a feeling that "Complacency is Self-destructive" at all levels. Thank you very much!
