SINOPSIS Red Hot Riding Hood es un cortometraje animado, dirigido por Tex Avery y estrenado el 8 de mayo de 1943 por Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. En 1994 apareció en el séptimo puesto de la lista 50 Greatest Cartoons, realizada gracias a los votos de 1000 especialistas en la animación. El trabajo fue tremendamente influyente en el campo de la comedia animada e incluso de imagen real, inspirando la escena de La máscara en la que Jim Carrey ve por primera vez a Cameron Díaz, así mismo, fue foco de la censura de la época. La historia comienza como una versión común de la Caperucita Roja, hasta que los personajes se rebelan ante los papeles que deben interpretar.
Asombrado, el narrador accede a cumplir sus demandas y comienza nuevamente la historia de una manera totalmente distinta. Ahora, la historia toma parte en un ambiente urbano contemporáneo donde Caperucita Roja trabaja en un club nocturno, el Lobo es un mujeriego y la abuela es una acosadora de hombres. La escena más conocida es cuando Caperucita Roja está en el club nocturno cantando y el Lobo reacciona salvajemente ante el acto que realiza. La reacción era tan enérgica que algunas partes fueron censuradas. El final del cortometraje fue borrado, ya que mostraba el matrimonio del Lobo con la abuela, debido a que esta quedaba embarazada. La secuencia actual no es menos escandalosa. Muestra a la abuela persiguiendo al Lobo, quien regresa al club nocturno. Harto de las mujeres promete que se mataría antes de desear otra. Inmediatamente, aparece Caperucita Roja y el Lobo cumple su promesa. Su espíritu se queda en el club nocturno y reacciona de manera similar a como lo había hecho originalmente. SINOPSIS What's Opera, Doc? es un cortometraje animado dirigido por Chuck Jones, donde Elmer Gruñón persigue a Bugs Bunny en una parodia de seis minutos de las operas de Richard Wagner, particularmente Der Ring des Nibelungen. Fue estrenado el 6 de julio de 1957. Mel Blanc y Arthur Q. Bryan hacen las voces, incluyendo el canto. El cortometraje también es conocido como Kill the Wabbit debido a la línea que dice Elmer en la canción Ride of the Valkyries.
Este cortometraje ha sido denominado como la obra maestra de Chuck Jones.
