Before Mass Effect there was Advent Rising, this was meant to be the space oprea of all space operas series. Microsoft spent so much money on marketing and. Production. The plans for a trilogy were scrapped due to poor sales. Imo the 360 coming out at the end of the year didn't help had it waited another year it might of been a bigger hit. Makes wonder if Mass effect would exost had this game been a hit.

Some people complained that this game was too dark and they disliked the heroes getting beat by the villians. I honestly love the dark tone of this game and the imperfects were intresting characters wnd the storyline was great. My only compliant was the roster size was about 18. Another Marvel fighting game without was suppose to be made by EA Chicago, but the company shut down due to production and money problems. I would not mind another Marvel fighting game with a dark tone but the Movie universe has such an influence it might not ve possible.

So many people are harsh on MK4 this is probably my favorite our of all the old MK games. This game had cool characters and it seems like only Tanya,Shinnok and Quan Chi were tbe only ones introduced in this game that still have prominent roles in the series. Reiko was my favorite character. Jarek,KAI AND fujin were cool too.

Fans were also pretty harsh on this one but its not that bad I did dislike the fatality system only ripping parts off. I liked The Konquest mode and Taven and Daegon and having all the characters was epic. Shame the 2011 game recton the events of this game.
