Most Unexpected Sequel

by Pictoris | created - 05 May 2018 | updated - 26 Aug 2018 | Public

Sometimes the decisions of the production companies are odd. For example, why make a sequel to Highlander (1986) while the whole point of the original movie was "There can be only one"? Who had the idea to make a prequel to Cruel Intentions (1999) while it was a transposition from the 18th century to the 90s of Choderlos de Laclos's Dangerous Liaisons? Why make a sequel to Dumb and Dumber (1994) without Jim Carrey, Jeff Daniels and the Farrelly brothers?

Anyway, from this list of unlikely sequels, which one is for you the most unexpected? Not the best or the worst, just the most... unexpected.
