Brit Marling in "The OA"
I have been a fan of Brit's work since Another Earth and always love her oddball characters and existential storytelling. Netflix dropped this new series with very little marketing, so I had no idea what to expect. But after watching the mysterious series, I understood why because when I recommended it to a friend, I hesitated telling them what it was about beyond the simple plot. For me, it was an absolute delight to be drawn into this story with all its twists and fantastical turns. Maybe it didn't all make sense but I loved it.
