Kamala Khan 1st choice. Sophia Taylor Ali is an American actress who is about 20 years old since 2015. I believe she is also of Pakistani origin and is likely to understand the American-Muslim upbringing better than any other actress suggested.

Kamala Khan 2nd choice. whilst she is not American. Sair Khan is still raised as a Pakistani Muslim. She is British, so she should have no problem doing an American accent. She is in her late 20s but could still get away with being a teenage Kamala. She is best known for Coronation street as British Pakistani Alya Nazir

Kamala Khan 3rd choice. I initially forgot that Afshan existed, she is well known for playing Padma Patil in the Harry Potter series. Unlike her character, Afshan is actually a British Bangladeshi Muslim. She is near her late 20s, but could still portray a teenage character. She has not been acting since the Harry Potter films, but due to a Buzzfeed article regarding the Teen actors of Harry Potter. Azad's modelling background won her a ton of fans on twitter and there is even a fan photo of Afshan Azad being considered for the role of Kamala Khan.

Kamala Khan 4th choice. Sumer is the more mixed raced choice out of these actresses. She is of Mexican descent through her mother and Indian descent through her Father. When I first heard of her, it was stated that she is half white half Arab. Regardless of this, Summer and her family has experience prejudice due to her father being of Asian origin and the fact she lived in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain as a kid. She would understands Kamala Khan in terms of experiencing Islamo-phobia. Ironically Summer is not Muslim.

Kamala Khan 5th choice. I personally feel Ahmadi is too old as she is in her early 30s now. However she could potentially play an older version of the character, if Kamala Khan could use her shape-shifting for it. Zahra is a British actress of Iranian origin, she is also Muslim and is well known for portraying Eastenders character Shabnam Masood, a British Pakistani girl who has had similar issues that Kamala Khan has faced. Peer Pressure to hang out with her Non-Muslim friends, secretive to her family and funnily enough both Shabnam and Kamala had there mother interfere with their love life by trying to get them to meet a geeky boy she once knew who she ends up being attracted to after meeting him again.

Aamir Khan 1st choice. Kamala's older and overly religious brother. All that seems to matter to him is his devotion to Allah and that his family are happy and well. Aqib Khan is a British Pakistani actor well known for West is West as Sajjid Khan. Aqib knows a lot about Pakistani culture and is fluent in some languages of Pakistan. He would definitely suit Aamir.

Aamir Khan 2nd choice. British Pakistani actor Qasim is best known for his role in Shameless as Chesney Karib and Coronation Street as Zeedan Nazir. He is also Muslim and he and Sair Khan play on screen Brother and Sister. I can definitely see them doing this again. Except this time, Qasim is the older sibling.

Aamir Khan 3rd choice. Another British Pakistani actor. He is best known for Waterloo Road as Tariq Siddique, a British Pakistani Muslim bad boy who ended up being released from youth detention to joining a gang to para-olympian. He demonstrates some over protective brotherliness as Tariq which Aamir displays in a recent comic. Aamir gains the Inhuman ability to make force fields which he used to protect his sister and Carol Danvers from Kamran. Despite being know for bad boy Tariq Siddique, in the British drama Doctors he appears briefly as the Autistic Imran Nazir who uses his religion to comfort himself and calm himself down. I was genuinely impressed and believe Naveed can pull this off.

Aamir Khan 4th choice. Despite being a Gujurati Hindu. Dev Patel's first role was a British Pakistani party animal Anwar Kharrel in Skins. He also portrayed Jamal Malik in Slumdog Millionaire who is a Gujurati Muslim. So I feel he could definitely portray Aamir despite not being Muslim.

Aamir Khan 5th choice. Whilst he is not Muslim, he is of half English half Tamil (Sri Lankan I think) origin. He has portrayed Muslims before such as British Pakistani Ash in Everywhere and Nowhere and Rashid a British Egyptian origin in My Brother the Devil.

Kamran 1st choice Love interest of Kamala Khan who later becomes her enemy. Much like Kamala he is American South Asian Muslim and he is Inhuman. However he was roped into joining Leanage's Gang and starts to believe their Inhuman superiority ideals. Amin Ali is a British Bangladeshi actor, he is Muslim and looks very much like Kamran. He is also very close to the character's age.

Kamran 2nd choice. British Bangladeshi Muslim YouTuber, Rahman has proven through his series: The Cornershop Show that he is a great Director, Writer, Singer, Actor and comedian. I personally feel he deserves the role of Kamran. Whilst he is in his mid to late 20s he could pull it off.

Kamran 3rd choice. Avan is not Muslim, Pakistani or American. But he is a British-Canadian actor of half British white origin half Gujarati Indian origin. He has portrayed a Pakistani American Sam in Aliens in America. Due to him being considered attractive in Victorious as Beck Oliver and Twisted as Danny Desai. I feel that he has the looks and Charisma for Kamala's love-hate enemy. Also he is in his early to mid 20s so he is quite young.

Kamran 4th choice. Canadian Bangladeshi actor Ron Mustafa is best known for portraying American Bangladeshi Muslim Abbud Siddique. Whilst he is considered a cutie by Daisy in one episode, he does not have the looks but he quite young. Kamran being 15 like Kamala, an actor in his early 20s should be suitable.

Kamran 5th choice. This is more of a throwback to Zahra Ahmadi and James Floyd as Ahmadi, Floyd and Uddin are all in their early 30s. Jan Uddin is best know for British Bangladeshi gangster and ladies man Sweetboy in Shank, Arabian Soldier Ibn Idris in Black Gold and British Pakistani Gangster KD in Lies we tell. Before these roles, his character in Eastenders Jalil Iqbal (a british Pakistani) has a relationship with Shabnam Masood which is very similar to Kamala and Kamran. Both knew each other as children, Kamala and Shabnam remember Kamran and Jalil as Geeks, both of their mothers try to set them up with them and both Kamala and Shabnam are smitten by Kamran and Jalil.

Jusuf Kahn 1st choice. British Pakistani actor well known for Four Lions and Nightcrawler.

Jusuf Khan 2nd Choice. Pakistani American actor well known for Glee and Community.

Jusuf Khan 3rd choice. British Kenyan/Pakistani actor and comedian well known for Citizen Khan's titular character Mr.Khan.

Jusuf Khan 4th choice. Pakistani Canadian actor.
