Biggest Season 6 Shockers on "Game of Thrones"4 of 12
Jon Snow is aliiiiiive, and his watch has ended.
It wasn't really shocking to see Jon Snow return, as many fans suspected he'd be back. It was just a matter of when and how. It did surprise some fans that Jon did not return in the premiere itself. Davos (Liam Cunningham) had to nudge Melisandre even to try a revival, and at first it didn't seem to work. Jon's gasp at the end of Episode 2 set the internet ablaze and was followed by the mic drop of Episode 3, when Jon had his killers hanged then declared his watch had ended. That is, "I quit. Find yourself a new Lord Commander."
