IMDb Editors' Picks: What to Watch in April6 of 11
"The Leftovers"
I can't quite remember the moment when I stopped trying to make sense of “The Leftovers” and just agreed to a complete suspension of disbelief. Maybe it was the first 10 minutes of the Season 2 premiere that showed a cavewoman giving birth. Or possibly one of Kevin’s many conversations with ghost Patti. As confusing as it may be, it’s become one of my favorite shows on television. As we start the new season, the Guilty Remnant have taken over Miracle, and so Kevin and Nora are leaving Miracle and moving to Australia, presumably to connect with Kevin’s father. This will be the final season of the show and although I’m not expecting them to answer any questions, I’m sure it will be crazy ride down the rabbit hole. — Michelle
Premieres Sunday, April 16, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HBO.
