Filmmaker Tony Shaff eavesdrops on the inner workings of hotlines to put a face to the voice on the other end of the line.
This film provided each of us an opportunity to tell our own story. I really enjoyed telling my story of public safety, and as we've all heard, there are no small roles, only small actors. A really powerful speaker can make something out of a brief time. One line - even one word - spoken with conviction, and coming from a place of truth, can elevate a small role to something that means much more.

I was prominently featured in a episode from the 1993 reality TV series for my involvement during a 5-hour bus pursuit from San Diego to Beverly Hills. Although I was new in my career with the CHP, I was proud to show our awesomeness.
