According to Ace Detective Pencho15, there are rumors that, “ Apparently Dorothy was looking for her ruby slippers in Kansas to take them back to Oz, but she could not find them. Carmen Sandiego was reported in the state.” Unbeknownst to Pencho, that while the book and movie of The Wizard of Oz (1939) does not mention the town, just the state, where Dorothy Gale lived, her hometown, with a definitely not a “Conservative” name has made her home a museum as part of the “Dorothy's House and Coronado Museum” where Dorothy, ruby slippers and all, gives tours. But unfortunately, it was temporary closed due to COVID-19. Carmen was seen outside, leaning on a statue of the Tin Woodsman, and looking at the statue of Dorothy Gale and Toto. Where is Carmen Sandiego?
