8.5/10 Great episode. Some of the VFX (especially the greenscreen) were not very good, but it still was a great ep.

8.25/10 Great. The final fight was pretty underwhelming though. It felt really slow and weirdly paced, but that's probably just growing pains for the show. Tonally, this episode probably was the best so far, as it had a good mix of serious moments and humorous moments, making Kate Kane more relatable in the process.

9/10 Great episode. Great character introduction to Julia, and a good non-linear feeling. The restaurant scene felt like it could've been extremely cringey, but it was actually great. Kate Kane was charismatic, and I feel like the LGBTQ++ contents was handled in a good way. Best episode so far.

8.25/10 Right, can we just get rid of Alice now. I can't handle another half of a season with her as the villain. Either make her go full villain, or just get rid of her in the next few episodes.

8.75/10 Good episode. Hopefully the Beth storyline will actually go somewhere. The twist was good, and now i just hope the show goes more into weekly villains instead of its mostly serialized start, so it can further find its footing. From the looks of the promo, next week will be a followup to this twist and then hopefully it will be a string of good procedural episodes up until the finale, as I can't handle another half a season with 20 minutes+ per week dedicated to some half baked Alice or Sophie plot line.

9/10 Loved the episode but I absolutely fucking hated that ending. What a completely stupid fucking cop-out. I am angry. I called this stupid dumb "twist" from the start but didn't think they would have the audacity to actually do it. Am I stupid? Why.

13. Batwoman (2019– )
Episode: Drink Me (2020)

A new villain sinks her teeth into Gotham; The Hold Up opens in grand fashion; Sophie reluctantly requests that Batwoman keep her distance, know their interactions could undermine her career.

Director: Dermott Downs | Stars: Ruby Rose, Rachel Skarsten, Meagan Tandy, Nicole Kang

Votes: 200

9.25/10 Great cinematography. The season's really picked up pace recently, and I'm looking forward to the rest of the season. For once, having weekly villains like this actually is really good. I like how they've switched focus from Alice being the main villain to the Face Guy. This gives Alice more content to shine with, as it makes her kind of like a "good guy". Batwoman definitely has its own style which is great and unique.
