9/10 Great pilot, not as good as Swamp Thing's but still a great one nonetheless. This did really well at balancing exposition with some great action that is sometimes missing in pilot episodes. It sets up enough that I'm intrigued, but also explains and alludes to a lot more. The VFX on this look absolutely magnificent; some of the best I've seen on television period. The only negative that I found with this episode were a few slow points around the middle and also some mildly cringey dialogue, but it doesn't spoil the whole experience. This is a really promising start for this series!

9.25/10 Wow! Great followup to the first episode. The interactions between Pat and Courtney were really well done, as well as the cinematography which just was amazing. The one take at the Open House party was insane. The fight scene at the end was good, but felt a little slow in parts. The name-drop of Ted Knight was great, as well as the first present-day look at Soloman Grundy. This really gets me excited for the rest of the season!

8.5/10 Great episode. The only problem I had with it was the bridge scene, it just felt too bodged together and didn't really flow. I like the idea of the bridge scene, but it just wasn't really put together well. Icicle is a great villain.

9.75/10 Great finale! The VFX were amazing (as per usual), with the only outlier being Soloman Grundy being rather low textured, but he still looked good. The fight scenes were great and the teases for next season look really good. Overall, it's been a great season!
