From VancouverFilm.Net, take a look at the new "Supergirl" episode "Stand And Deliver", directed by Andi Armaganian, airing March 10, 2019 on The CW:
"...between a push by 'Ben Lockwood' (Sam Witwer) to stir up the 'anti-alien' movement and the desire of the 'Elite' to target Lockwood and his minions, 'Supergirl' (Melissa Benoist) is concerned about the safety of the American people - both human and other-worldly alien.
"When Lockwood organizes a rally, the aliens decide to peacefully protest. 'Brainiac' (Jesse Rath) and 'J'onn' (David Harewood) join the alien march while Supergirl and 'Dreamer' (Nicole Maines) patrol to keep everyone safe.
"Meanwhile, 'James' (Mehcad Brooks) picks up his camera again to cover the march for 'CatCo' and 'Hayley' (April Parker Jones) assigns 'Alex' (Chyler Leigh) a job that clashes with her beliefs. Then when The Elite and Lockwood stir up trouble at the rally,...

Having been caught up in the developing situation involving Agent Liberty and the emergence of Nia Nal as Dreamer, it became almost easy to overlook how the producers of Supergirl had been building toward the unification of the Elite. In fact, we’ll see them come together on March 3rd during the aptly titled “What’s So Funny About Truth, Justice, and the American Way?,” an obvious nod to Action Comics #775.
As it turns out, the Elite will stick around a little longer than I initially expected, as they’ll continue being a collective nuisance in “Stand and Deliver.” And no, it’s not a re-imagining of the inspirational film starring Edward James Olmos. Instead, it’ll go down like this:
Supergirl Takes A Stand — Between Ben Lockwood’s (Sam Witwer) new push to stir up the anti-alien movement and the Elite’s desire to target Lockwood and his minions,...

Now that The Flash has returned from winter hiatus, the rest of our DC TV favorites calling The CW home are slowly but surely following suit. In fact, Arrow will resume its own ongoing saga just five days from the time of this writing. And, believe me, it looks like we’re in for a real barn-burner.
If you require proof, then one need only view the newly released trailer embedded at the top of this article. Aside from containing much in the way of action and assuring that Rene Ramirez is returning to the Wild Dog persona, it sheds a lot of light on what the second half of season 7 will entail. Previously, we hadn’t been given many hints at what’s to come now that Oliver Queen is out of prison and the new Emerald Archer in town has been revealed to be his estranged sister.

As I’ve recently stated, it could be argued that less is known at this point about the rest of Arrow‘s seventh season than we knew going in this past fall. Fortunately, though, this week has played host to more promotional material teasing what’s to come.
Speaking of which, the network has finally coughed up a generously bountiful gallery of preview images providing more insight into the midseason premiere, “Shattered Lives.” Furthermore, they shed light on multiple plot points, which is something you don’t see too often in these situations.
As you browse the slideshow below, it’s very possible that the shots of Oliver Queen’s sister, the new Green Arrow, will grab your attention most. From what’s provided, it looks like Ollie and the Scpd will be coming at her from one end, while Rene Ramirez actually tries protecting her. Some outlets are already referring to her as “Emiko,...

This past summer, the producers of Arrow held their cards incredibly close to the vest. Basically, all we knew going into season 7 was that Oliver Queen would remain in prison for some time and that a new Emerald Archer had shown up in town.
But now, as we inch closer toward the second half of that same season, one could argue we know even less about what the future holds. Granted, we do have the matter of the new Green Arrow being unmasked as Ollie’s estranged sister – not to mention the O.G. himself now being sanctioned by the Star City Police Department – but the next few weeks remain a mystery of sorts.
Fortunately, a new promo for the midseason premiere has debuted (seen above), this time showing us even more of the woman whom comic book readers believe to be Emiko. And from the look of it, her...

With each passing year, it seems like we’ve come to expect for Tom Cavanagh to give yet another take on Harrison Wells. After his initial attempt – the Reverse-Flash – met its (first) demise all the way back in season 1’s finale, the show’s sophomore year saw the actor stick around as Earth-2’s Harry Wells. Then, Earth-19’s H.R. Wells graced TV screens in season 3, before Harry came back for the latest run following the death of his replacement.
If you’ve been keeping up on The Flash, then you’re well aware of how Harry’s intellect began deteriorating due to over-usage of his replica Thinking Cap. Thankfully, though, Marlize DeVoe was able to somewhat reverse the effects during May’s finale, thus restoring his mental faculties but with one notable difference: Harry is no longer a genius.

After wow’ing us all with one hell of a premiere last week (you can check out our review here), you could say the sky’s the limit for what The Flash can do in its fifth season. The hit DC show may have had its highs and lows just as any series does, sure, but it truly seems as if it’s once again managed to capture lightning in a bottle.
Of course, everybody’s likely still reeling after seeing that awesome poster for the “Elseworlds” crossover, but it’s important we not lose sight of what’ll go down before then. In fact, we’re going to talk about what’s on tap for next week right now, as the video up above teases what’s to come in the ominously titled “The Death of Vibe.”

To date, The CW have done a stellar job when it comes to assembling great ensemble casts. And if you require a fine example of this, one need not look any further than The Flash. Really, after excelling at its game for four seasons, it’s probably safe to say that it’s hard to imagine the show without core actors Grant Gustin, Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Carlos Valdes, Tom Cavanagh and Jesse L. Martin.
Well, later this month, it’s very possible that we’ll have to part ways with one stalwart favorite, that being Valdes’ Cisco Ramon. But before we speculate any further, let’s check out the synopsis for the ominously titled “The Death of Vibe”:
Cicada Targets A Member Of Team Flash — After Cicada’s (Chris Klein) attack on The Flash (Grant Gustin), the team realizes they need to think outside the box to stop this dangerous new foe.

Ever since Tommy Merlyn was killed off way back in season 1’s finale, the producers of Arrow have thought of crafty ways for Colin Donnell to reprise his role. For the most part, those consisted of flashbacks and hallucinations, but last fall’s Crisis on Earth-x crossover saw the Nazi-ridden alternate universe’s version of Prometheus be unmasked as Tommy’s doppelganger, which had to come as a shock to a fair percentage of viewers.
But what may have been the slickest way of bringing him back was witnessed in this past week’s episode when he crashed Oliver Queen’s trial in full Green Arrow regalia. Of course, speculation ran rampant as to how this was even possible up until the point of airing, but it was ultimately revealed that Christopher Chance Aka the Human Target had assumed Tommy’s likeness in order to do the Emerald Archer a solid.

Arrow went to court this week, as Oliver Queen faced charges of conning his constituency by moonlighting (and sometimes taking lives) as Green Arrow. Was a “new” archer able to take the bull’s-eye off Oliver’s back?
Oliver was feeling good heading into the fast-tracked trial, though his attorney feared the worse, seeing as how the judge was in Diaz’s pocket and the outside counsel was quite the hired gun. As friends and frenemies took the stand, Diggle held up well, the team’s go-to hospital doc them a solid, but Dinah’s murder of Sean Sonus tainted her testimony.

With Arrow about to complete its sixth season in a matter of weeks, it seems like we the viewers should be focusing our attention on the final battle to come with Ricardo Diaz, but we’ve had this eleventh hour curveball thrown at us. We are, of course, talking about the matter concerning a returning Tommy Merlyn.
If you’ve seen the trailer for next week’s episode (you can view it up above if you haven’t), then you’re aware of how Oliver Queen’s previously deceased friend drops in during his trial in full Green Arrow regalia. In fact, this is something that actor Colin Donnell had previously teased on social media, but we’re slowly getting more context via advance promotional material.
This time, it’s the network releasing a heck of a lot of images from the episode in question, most of which show exciting courtroom proceedings.

Among the many things the current season of Arrow has going for it, the elder series in The CW’s DC TV universe can lay claim to bringing back a number of fan favorites in recent memory. Already, we’ve been witness to some unforgettable returns made by Manu Bennett’s Deathstroke and Colton Haynes’ Roy Harper (who’ll be rejoining the principal cast next year), with even Josh Segarra reprising his role of Prometheus as part of Oliver Queen’s Vertigo-induced hallucination a few weeks back.
Well, it looks like the producers aren’t through pulling out all the stops because, believe it or not, Colin Donnell will soon be returning as Tommy Merlyn. I mean, we knew it was happening at some point, but that doesn’t make the parameters of his comeback any less shocking. If we’re to go by the trailer for next week...

Chris Woods’ Mon-El has been part of Supergirl since the beginning of season 2 but, to date, we haven’t seen him wear the character’s red and blue costume from the comics. Ever since joining up with the Legion of Superheroes this year, he’s just settled for that boring go-to on-screen super-suit – black leather. At last, though, he’s about to get a fashion upgrade, as these new photos from an upcoming episode confirm that the Superman-coloured costume is on its way.
From how it looks in these images, Supergirl‘s costume designers have once again done an awesome job of faithfully replicating a suit from the comics. In fact, this might even be their best effort yet.
Tellingly, there’s a logo-shaped hole on his chest that makes it look like Mon-El will soon be sporting the ‘S’ shield as the character often does in the source material.

Hey, do you remember this show called Supergirl?
Well, we certainly hope you do. Sure, Legends of Tomorrow may have been tearing it up in that very time slot for the past couple of months, but it’s hard to ignore how things just abruptly left off when the back half of the Girl of Steel’s third season was beginning to heat up.
Really, aside from the joyous news confirming that Supergirl will be returning for a fourth season, word regarding the Maiden of Might’s small screen adventures has been quite mum in recent memory, no doubt making the extended hiatus even more agonizing for her fans to endure.
Thankfully, we’re able to gaze into the not too distant future via this freshly surfaced synopsis for “In Search of Lost Time”:
