June 2007 Michael Barrymore was arrested on suspicion of the Murder of Stuart Lubbock who was found dead at the home of Michael Barrymore in 2001. Two other men also arrested under suspicion of the Murder, were named as Justin Merritt and Jonathan Kenney, Mr Barrymore's EX Lover. They were later all released with no charges.
