Emmerdale star Lucy Pargeter has admitted that her character Chas Dingle is becoming increasingly dependent on the support of her partner Cameron Murray. Chas has faced a tough time in the village since returning from prison last month, but things look up next week as Cameron finally arrives back home and asks her to marry him. The Woolpack's landlady still has no idea of the terrible secrets being harboured by Cameron, who has killed both Carl King and Alex Moss in recent months. Pargeter told itv.com: "Him being away has made her realise how much she does need that person there - that stability, that one person that's going to back her up. She doesn't have anyone else. No-one else is going to fight her corner. "Him not being there makes her even less stable, even less of that original Chas that we love as that (more)...
