(1982 Summer) John Gray's collaboration with his play, "Billy Bishop Goes to War," was performed in the Old Globe Theatre production at the Cassius Carter Centre Stage in San Diego, California. Craig Noel was director and company director. Jack O'Brien was artistic director.
