A final reunion between two of animation's most iconic voice actors is in the works, according to an insider to the DC Animated Universe.
Mark Hamill will return as Joker in Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths - Part 3, according to an IGN report. A source privy to the film's production confirmed Hamill's casting opposite the late Kevin Conroy, who will posthumously return as the voice of Batman. The news has yet to be confirmed by Hamill's representative or Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, but fans have been clamoring for both actors' return in the final installment of DC Animated's Tomorrowverse. Hamill recently stated it's unlikely that he will ever play Joker again, having committed to only reprise the role if Conroy voices Batman.

Arguably the best Batman and Joker combo in history is getting back together one last time, and the reunion comes as a pretty sizable surprise. Mark Hamill will once again reprise his role as The Joker alongside the late Kevin Conroy's Batman. Conroy voiced the Caped Crusader for decades, from "Batman: The Animated Series" in the early '90s through Conroy's much-too-early death in 2022. We knew Conroy's voice would be used as Batman once again, and now it has been confirmed that Hamill will be reuniting with his former co-star in one of Conroy's final posthumous performances.
According to IGN, Hamill's Joker and Conroy's Batman are both set to appear in the upcoming "Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths -- Part Three." The first part of the adaptation of the classic DC Comics storyline has already been released, with part two arriving in April. It's a big multiverse story,...

Was Monsieur Spade Season 1 Episode 6 the end of the story, or just the beginning of a new chapter in the life of the venerable detective?
With the superb cast, masterful writing, and one of the few times that viewers and critics connect, it's hard not to imagine everyone involved hoping this was only the first chapter of a new book about Sam Spade and his exploits in Bozouls.
Of course, it would be odd to have so much happen in the quaint town, but even during the finale, it was noted that it's not so quaint after all.
If you're not a fan of tales being tied up with exposition, you may have been disappointed in Monsieur Spade's final hour.
But if you've been enjoying the banter filling the canyons of Bozouls, then it hit the mark.
This was a highly stylized finale.

Film and TV studio Fifth Season has secured international distribution rights to “Monsieur Spade,” the crime drama series starring and executive produced by Clive Owen.
Fifth Season will represent the title at the upcoming Berlin European Film Market.
The six-episode series is based on Dashiell Hammett’s hard-boiled private detective Sam Spade, the protagonist of 1930 novel “The Maltese Falcon,” adapted several times for the screen, most notably in 1941 by John Huston with Humphrey Bogart as the sleuth.
In the series, the year is 1963, and legendary detective Spade (Owen) is enjoying retirement in the South of France. Spade’s life in Bozouls is peaceful and quiet, but the rumoured return of his old adversary will change everything. Six beloved nuns have been brutally murdered, and as the town grieves, secrets emerge and new leads are established. Spade learns the murders are connected to a mysterious child, who is believed to possess great powers.

Sitcom villains aren't always truly evil; they often get unfairly labeled due to their antagonistic behavior toward the main characters. Some sitcoms do have genuinely evil villains, but they are the exception rather than the rule. Many characters labeled as villains in sitcoms are just misunderstood or have valid reasons for their actions.
While sitcoms don't tend to have truly evil villains, there still tends to be an antagonistic character, but a lot of sitcom villains aren't actually that bad at all. These characters unfairly get the villain tag, either from the show's audience base or from other characters directly, but this doesn't mean that they are one. Even though there are plenty of hilarious characters that cause obstacles and difficulties for others, they're not necessarily a bad guy.

Dean Winters' Allstate Mayhem ads have made him popular, but he has had a diverse acting career in action, and drama. While Dean Winters' role in John Wick may not be his most iconic, it showcased his ability to deliver a strong performance in a major action film. In addition to his Allstate and John Wick roles, Winters has had memorable performances in shows like Oz and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, demonstrating his range as an actor.
Dean Winters' Mayhem ads have given him notoriety, but it is far from the only acting gig the stuntman and actor has had. His Allstate ads where he appears as Mayhem highlight Winters' comedic range, but he has appeared in multiple projects, including John Wick. Whether it's action, drama, or even horror, Winters has made an appearance. His ads have become pretty synonymous with the company that is known for memorable ads, including Alicia Keys' Allstate commercial.

No popular movie franchise is complete without its personal set of over-the-top and bizarre fan theories. Sometimes, moviemakers leave a few things to the audience's imagination and understanding. However, they get out of hand sometimes, and that's how the internet ends up with fan theories that seem creative but occasionally don't make sense. When there's some phenomenon that the movies can't explain, the job can be left to enthusiastic movie watchers who cook up weird theories, which are sometimes great, but often they miss the bullseye.
The fan theory-making process has gone so wild that people actually start relating two completely separate movies even though one is a sci-fi set in the future while the other is a clichéd rom-com. From declaring James Bond as a codename to believing that Chris Pratt's character in Jurassic World was introduced in the original Jurassic Park, these fan theories will melt the viewers' minds.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine managed to do what few televsion shows get to do – it came back from cancellation and ended on its own terms. The show made it through 8 seasons, surviving two different networks, a global pandemic, and so much more to give fans a true ending for the characters they love.

When Law & Order: Svu began in 1999, the romantic tension between Elliot Stabler (Christopher Meloni) and Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) was immediately evident. Though Stabler was married, a "will they-won't they" dance developed that lasted until Meloni departed from the show in 2012. Now that audiences have seen Olivia with actual romantic partners, the question has become less about whether Elliot and Olivia will get together and more about whether Olivia will get a happily ever after at all.
Over the last 24 seasons, Olivia has built a life she is proud of as captain of the Special Victims Unit, a single mother to her son Noah and a consistent advocate for survivors. The show's writers wrote Olivia as a strong woman who doesn't need a man to be happy. While viewers believe that to be true, they also know this: even if she doesn't need a partner to be happy, she deserves one.

Halfway into The Out-Laws, I was wondering if I should get a drink and watch the rest after getting a little buzzed because that would have certainly made this experience more profound. Not that it is any less than when you watch it dead sober. But there is one condition. You need to have a penchant for bad movies, like me. That is the only way you would enjoy The Out-Laws. It is a very obvious bad movie, which fits right into the “so bad that it’s good” genre. This is a movie where a man mistakes another man’s genitals for a ripcord while sky-diving. The same man repeatedly gets his buttocks grabbed by his fiancé’s parents as if nothing happened. Then, during an all-important heist, this man uses a water gun instead of a real one. Yes, it is that kind of movie. With the freedom of R-rating,...

Comedian and actor Richard Belzer, who sadly died on Sunday at age 78, played detective John Munch on several series, including “Homicide: Life on the Street” and “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.” And on every single one of them, he had something wise and witty to say.
The character of John Munch was created on the underrated ’90s police drama “Homicide: Life on the Street.” Munch was known for his one-liners, metaphysical riffs and sprawling conspiracy theories while solving murders in Baltimore alongside detectives played by Andre Braugher, Daniel Baldwin and Ned Beatty. As he mused in one episode: “If a murder is committed in Baltimore and no homicide detective takes the call, did that homicide actually occur?”
He got a bit blue when the character moved over to “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” in 1999, where the topics were rape, assault and, sometimes, sexual dysfunction, but he was still the same Munch.

This Halloween belongs to Pinhead with the arrival of Hulu’s reboot of Clive Barker’s gruesome, twisted psychosexual 1987 horror film, Hellraiser. There have been 11 films in the Hellraiser franchise, not counting additional novelizations, comics, and video games, so it’s safe to say that Pinhead has long been a horror icon. Sadly, while the lead leather-loving angel of torture remains popular, the same cannot be said for the many films in which Pinhead’s shown his studded face.
Let’s look down the dark decades of a cult classic horror franchise that’s sometimes brilliant, sometimes painful, and sometimes just a torture to watch.
11. Hellraiser: Revelations (2011)
When the film license for Hellraiser was about to expire at the beginning of the last decade, Dimension Films slammed this failure into production in a matter of weeks. It shows. This story of another bunch of idiotic sex freaks accidentally opening Pinhead...

Here are my definitive rankings…
10 – Hellraiser: Revelations (2011)
Like many major horror series in the 2000s and beyond, Hellraiser properties were driven by rights issues. Revelations suffers as a result. Dimension Films needed to release a new film or else they would lose the rights, so Revelations was rushed into production and made on the cheap.
Fans of the franchise decried the loss of Doug Bradley, who for the first time refused to reprise his role as Pinhead (let’s be honest: replacement Stephan Smith Collins never stood a chance). Still,...

Nicolas Cage will not be playing Joe Exotic.
The beloved actor was set to lead an Amazon drama series based on the Texas Monthly article “Joe Exotic: A Dark Journey Into the World of a Man Gone Wild.”
But it sounds like the Tiger King craze is coming to a close with a thud.
“I think Amazon ultimately felt that it was material that had become past tense because it took so long for it come together,” Cage said to Variety of the decision.
“They felt at one point that it was lightning in a bottle, but that point has since faded into the distance and it’s no longer relevant.”
Indeed, the world has changed substantially since Netflix's wildly successful docu-series hit the air in 2020.
As a result, it feels like a distant memory, and it seems Amazon was concerned about investing time and money into a project...

Peacock’s “Joe Exotic” series had to get a bit exotic in its casting process to fit the real-life troupe of characters chronicled in Netflix’s “Tiger King” docuseries. Fortunately, with “Saturday Night Live” standout Kate McKinnon on board from Day 1 as Carole Baskin, the scripted streaming series was off to a very good start.
Then they landed Dennis Quaid, and, well, just ask your mom what she thinks about that choice to play Rick Kirkham. Better yet, ask Rick Kirkham, Joe “Exotic” Schreibvogel’s reality TV show producer, what he thinks. However, Quaid had to step away from the role due to a scheduling conflict and was replaced with William Fichtner.
Based on the Wondery podcast “Joe Exotic,” hosted and reported by Robert Moor, the Peacock limited series will center on Carole Baskin, a big cat enthusiast, who learns that fellow exotic animal lover Schreibvogel is breeding and using his big cats for profit.

In the latest edition of casting choices you never knew you needed, 30 Rock and Brooklyn Nine-Nine star Dean Winters has signed on to play Jeff Lowe in Peacock's upcoming Tiger King series. The idea of Winters as the backstabbing, big cat collecting oddball is so perfect in fact that the actor could well end up portraying Jeff Lowe even better than Jeff Lowe himself.
Since the huge success of Netflix's documentary series, Tiger King: Murder, Madness and Mayhem, various studios have not been able to put scripted dramatizations into production quick enough, with Peacock's adaptation just one of several due to be released. Winters joins the series, which is currently titled Joe Exotic, alongside SNL favorite and Ghostbusters star Kate McKinnon, who will play Carole Baskin, and Glow's John Cameron Mitchell, who will play Joe Exotic. It was also recently announced that Brian Van Holt will play John Reinke,...
