It has been several weeks since General Hospital viewers saw Eden McCoy as Josslyn Jacks.
The Daytime Emmy winner was temporarily recast with actress Courtney Faulk, but she has already returned to filming.
Eden took a leave of absence last fall after her mom’s death but didn’t elaborate on when she would return or even acknowledge the time off.
While Courtney has done an excellent job in the role, it’s not the same as it would have been if Eden had been there. She missed a few big things, including the memorial for Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman).
As the Esme (Avery Pohl) storyline picks up, General Hospital viewers are wondering when Eden will reprise the role of Josslyn.
February sweeps is bringing more than chaos back to the hit ABC soap.

Barbara Jean “Bobbie” Spencer’s family and friends are gathering to pay tribute to the late, beloved mother, friend, and head nurse on today and tomorrow’s episodes of General Hospital. Jacklyn Zeman, Bobbie’s portrayer, a four-time Daytime Emmy-nominee, who passed away last May, was thrust into the storyline forefront shortly after making her debut on the show in late 1977. The former Florida-based prostitute had returned to Port Charles, hoping to make a new life for herself as a nursing student. Bobbie was determined to snare law student Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) away from his then-girlfriend Laura Webber (Genie Francis), who was a teenager on parole for an accidental killing — even if that meant shipping Laura off to reform school! In time, Bobbie reformed, becoming an upstanding citizen, wife, mother, friend, and nurse along the way. She matured but never lost her zest for life or the love she felt for her family.

The outlet reports that Graham’s wife and daughter were with him by his side in the hospital when he died.

The tributes continue to pour in for General Hospital star Jacklyn Zeman, who sadly passed away on Wednesday, May 10, with many of her current and former co-stars sharing their condolences. General Hospital legend Anthony Geary, who played Zeman’s brother Luke Spencer on-screen up until 2015 when he retired, expressed his heartache over his friend’s passing. “For 40 years, I was fortunate enough to play Jackie Zeman’s big brother on General Hospital. In all those years, I never heard her utter one disparaging word about any actor, crew member, or co-worker. In fact, I never heard Jackie express an unkind word about anyone, ever,” Geary said in a statement to TVLine. “In a highly competitive profession where ego, feelings, and emotions are bread and butter, I’ve found this quality to be extremely rare. I expect it will be even more rare now that dear Jackie is gone,” he continued.

Four-time Daytime Emmy nominee and fan favorite Jacklyn Zeman made her General Hospital debut 45 years ago in December 1977. Her character, Barbara Jean “Bobbie” Spencer, was a dedicated student nurse who had her eye on hunky law student Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) and was anxious to put her past as a prostitute in Florida in her rearview mirror. Bobbie was determined to send Scotty’s girlfriend — teen heroine Laura Webber (Genie Francis), on probation for manslaughter — to reform school. Despite this, Zeman still made Bobbie relatable, likeable, and vulnerable. She became a nurse, found true love, became a mother, and today, she remains a presence on the canvas. Recently, TV Insider sat down with the actress for a look back at four and a half decades on Gh. You made Bobbie someone we rooted for even though fans probably wanted to throw tomatoes at you for what she was doing to Laura.

Early this year, “General Hospital” killed off Luke Spencer, the iconic character who was played by Anthony Geary on and off for decades. Luke’s current wife Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) turned up at the door of his ex-wife Laura (Genie Francis) — whose coupledom with Luke sent “General Hospital” to its stratospheric heights in the early 1980s — to tell her the tragic news. Luke had been killed, under mysterious circumstances, of course, in a cable-car accident in Austria.

But Luke’s death has indeed provided a rich storytelling opportunity, first as Luke’s friends — and...
