Angel Martirosyan
- Director
- Actress
- Producer
Angel Martirosyan was born in Armenia to a family of talented people. Her parents and grandparents were ensconced in the entertainment industry of her native homeland and USSR . She started with ballet in her single digits as many little girls do. Without the benefit of nepotism, and only her own merit, by her early teens was noticed as a talented singer and dancer as can be seen in several music videos interpreting many hit pop songs. Had multiple concerts at the biggest venues in Armenia and abroad in Armenian communities
By the time she was 15, Angel was a famous singer and performer in her native Armenia. She soon started acting and has been the lead in multiple foreign, dramatic TV series, finding her voice by playing a strong (and sexy) woman not to be trifled with. After graduating the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinematography as a Russian dramatic theatre and musical film and theatre actress she relocated to L.A. and has been directing Armenian-based TV shows while in L.A., but has heard the inner call to return to acting.... and this time she wants to gain recognition in the US market. She has recently obtained representation with an agent and a manager and has begun the audition process.
Her beauty, multiple skills, and experience (multiple plays, over 800 episodes of foreign TV shows already under her belt, some have been shot in LA in English or with subtitles) will translate well to the US market, and her fluency in English, Russian, and Armenian (not too mention several other dialects and accents at her fingertips) are fabulous aspects of her multi-faceted toolbox.
