Sarah Solemani was born on September 4, 1986 in England. She is an actress and writer, known for Bridget Jones's Baby (2016), Mrs Henderson Presents (2005) and Barry (2018). She has been married to Daniel Ingram since June 3, 2012. They have one child.

After a gap year, Solemani studied for a degree in Politics at the University of Cambridge. While at Cambridge, was vice-presidents of the Footlights.
Former member of the National Youth Theatre.
Was awarded third place the Barry Amiel and Norman Melburn Trust/New Statesman Prize for New Political Writing on the subject: "Do women's rights remain the privilege of the developed world?" in 2005.
Is a good friend of actress Michelle Dockery whose character Lady Mary (from Downton Abbey (2010)) she parodies in Comic Relief: Uptown Downstairs Abbey (2011).
Gave birth to her 1st child at age 27, a daughter Soraya Rae Ingram on 18 December 2013. Child's father is her husband, Daniel Ingram.
