There’s no Superman in the picture, but some of the core cast of Scrubs recently got together for a little pizza party. It may not be the reunion that fans want, but it’s still pretty cool seeing J.D., Elliot, the Janitor, and more are still close.
In an Instagram post, Chris Miller (Jordan Sullivan) shared the reunion pic along with a caption that read, “Impromptu pizza party with my Scrubs”. Those Scrubs were: series lead Zach Braff (J.D. Dorian), Sarah Chalke (Elliot Reid) and John C. McGinley (Janitor). They were also joined by Amanda Kloots, host of The Talk.

CBS Entertainment president Amy Reisenbach and CBS Studios prexy David Stapf released a joint statement about the show’s impending end, reflecting on its 14 years on the air (it first debuted on CBS in October 2010). “The Talk broke new ground when it launched 14 years ago by returning daytime talk to CBS with a refreshing and award-winning format. “The Talk” is going silent. CBS is ending the long-running daytime chat show, which will get an abbreviated final season (its 15th) this fall, before signing off for good with what it’s calling a “celebratory sendoff” in December.
Rumors of the show’s end have been swirling for months, but CBS made it official to the show’s cast and crew on Friday morning. The news comes as CBS and the NAACP are developing a new daytime soap opera under their content partnership, “The Gates,” a partnership with P&g Studios, a division of Procter & Gamble. “The Gates,” which “follows the lives of a wealthy Black family in a posh, gated community,” is seen as a potential replacement for “The Talk.”

The Bold and the Beautiful writers went all out as they wrapped up February sweeps.
After several weeks of more of the same since Christmas, things changed last week when Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) and Deacon (Sean Kanan) popped back up after being backburnered for several weeks.
And when she ran into Kelly at the restaurant with Lucy (Amanda Kloots) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) flipped, we knew it would not be good.
The women come to blows in Deacon’s apartment, and Sheila doesn’t take anything in her life lying down.
In the preview video that The Bold and the Beautiful dropped over the weekend, a showdown no one saw coming was featured. It was eerie and almost straight out of a horror film, which isn’t typically Bold’s style.
However, viewers wonder if Sheila is dead after what happened in the most recent episode.

The Bold and the Beautiful welcomes a special guest star on the CBS soap this week.
Spoilers teased that Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) would come to blows with Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) after approaching Kelly (Sophia Paras) at a play date.
It was vague, but now we know who Steffy and Kelly will meet for a play date. Lucy (Amanda Kloots) and her son Danny (Elvis Cordero).
The Talk co-host and her real-life son play a mother-and-son duo, which was the perfect addition to the storyline with Steffy and Sheila.
It’s a two-day deal, which means they likely appear both Wednesday and Thursday, allowing for some screentime for Amanda and her son.
Here’s what to expect from Amanda Kloots and her appearance on The Bold and the Beautiful.
Lucy is the segway to Sheila reaching Kelly
Sheila is nothing if not persistent. She believes there is still a chance...

The Talk’s Amanda Kloots will make her soap debut on February 21 on The Bold and the Beautiful, playing Lucy, a mom friend of Steffy’s. It’s a dream come true for Kloots, who has a long history with daytime dramas. “When I was a little girl, my mom and sisters and I would watch soap operas on a daily basis,” she recalls. “We would iron for my mom and watch soap operas; we always made it a thing. As I got older, my older sister and I would get home from school every day and we would watch Passions together. So I grew up watching a lot of different soap operas: General Hospital, One Life to Live, Days of Our Lives, and Passions, so I’m very versed in soap opera, and it was quite thrilling to be a part of one.” (Credit: Matthew Taplinger/CBS) For her appearance on B&b,...

It may have looked like a big transition for Rob Crabbe — jumping from late night where he ran The Late Late Show with James Corden for eight years to executive producing his first daytime show, The Talk — but the veteran showrunner was actually more anxious about the live aspect of his new gig at CBS.
“When we were making Corden, we thought that show could work any time of the day, and so we were making it for any type of audience and we wanted people to be able to enjoy it at lunch on their computer or watch it on linear television at night,” says Crabbe, who began his new gig in the fall of 2023. “But in late night, you shoot a show at 5 p.m. and you have it on the air about three and a half hours later. With daytime, you get fired out of a cannon at 11 a.

Thirteen years after CBS’s “The Talk” aired its first episode, the daytime TV staple is still going strong. Created by actress Sara Gilbert, the popular series began as a motherhood-centric discussion program featuring six female co-hosts (aged 35-58) with entertainment backgrounds. Throughout its 14 seasons, the show has evolved to cover a broader scope of topics and has seen 16 full-time hosts come and go, with the current lineup including the first two male panelists. Scroll through our chronological photo gallery to find out more about all of these presenters and their extensive careers.
When “The Talk” debuted in 2010, its hosting panel consisted of Gilbert, Julie Chen Moonves, Sharon Osbourne, Leah Remini, Holly Robinson Peete, and remote participant Marissa Jaret Winokur. Following Osbourne’s departure in 2021, no original stars remained. Today, longest-serving host Sheryl Underwood is flanked by Amanda Kloots, Jerry O’Connell, Akbar Gbajabiamila, and Natalie Morales.

Taylor Swift, Beyoncé and other music stars served as major sources of inspiration behind the Halloween costumes displayed on morning and daytime talk shows this year.
Three shows featured hosts dressing up as Swift, with Today‘s Savannah Guthrie, Live‘s Kelly Ripa and The Talk‘s Amanda Kloots all dressing as the superstar singer-songwriter, with the latter two also passing out friendship bracelets in an ode to Swift’s hit Eras tour.
Live With Kelly and Mark took the Swift inspiration one step further, dubbing their annual Halloween extravaganza The Eras Show as they looked back through different decades of pop culture and of Live‘s own onscreen Halloween celebrations. While Ripa and Consuelos kicked things off with their take on the Barbie movie, they doled out friendship bracelets in an homage to Swift and spoke about the Eras tour inspiration for their show.

CBS’s The Talk is returning for Season 14 on Monday, October 9. The show’s panel remains the same as Akbar Gbajabiamila, Amanda Kloots, Natalie Morales, Jerry O’Connell, and Sheryl Underwood are all returning but there will be some changes to the show under the guidance of new executive producer Rob Crabbe, formerly of The Late Late Show With James Corden. TV Insider chatted with Crabbe about what will be different about the show and what will remain the same. The Writers Guild of America strike is over, but actors in SAG-AFTRA still don’t have a new deal. Therefore, while familiar faces may pop up on the show, they’ll be promoting non-acting gigs. Case in point: Patrick Stewart (Star Trek: Picard) will be on Monday’s episode to promote his memoir, Making It So. Read on for the changes coming to The Talk. How did your coming to The Talk come about?...
