Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani start shooting for 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2'

Shooting for the second instalment of "Bhool Bhulaiyaa" directed by Anees Bazmee has begun.

Actress Kiara Advani took to her Instagram Stories, where she shared a boomerang video of herself along with actor Kartik Aaryan and the film's clapboard.

Minutes later, she shared another boomerang video along with Kartik and Bazmee.

"Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2" is scheduled to hit the screens on July 31, 2020.

In August, the poster of the film was unveiled.

Bts: Indian stars dubbing for The Lion King

Of course, you probably are aware that Disney is all set to present its legendary ‘The Lion King’ – with ground-breaking technology that re-imagines the story in live action. The film features an incredible cast of performers to bring this story to life in a new way. Along with the English version, the film has been dubbed in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Actor Shah Rukh Khan and son Aryan will be voicing Mufasa and Simba in the Hindi version.

'The Lion King' all set to roar loud in India

Shah Rukh Khans stardom, Arvind Swamis comeback to the world of "The Lion King" and Sunidhi Chauhan and Armaan Malik lending their musical touch to the story -- Disney India has infused several 'desi elements into the Hindi version of Jon Favreaus re-imagination of Disneys classic to widen its reach and box office prospects.

After "The Incredibles" in 2004, Disney India has managed the casting coup once again by getting Shah Rukh and his son Aryan to bring to life the characters of King Mufasa and Simba respectively. The buzz has only grown stronger after the release of the trailer of the Hindi version.

In the trailer, Shah Rukh is seen teaching his son Simba the meaning of being a "true king" -- something which seems to be tied up with reality as well.

Writer- Director Manoj Sharma is on cloud 9 as he has just roped in Yesteryear superstar Dharmendra in his Horror comedy film Khalli Balli produced by Kamal Kishor Mishra of One Entertainment Film Productions and Prachi Movies.? Dharmendra will be playing the role of Psychiatrist in the film. Akshay's eligibility for National Award questioned

Akshay Kumar, who said he has Canadian citizenship, was questioned on social media about winning the National Award. However, filmmaker Rahul Dholakia supported the actor and said that "foreign nationals can get National Awards"

On Saturday, several social media users including National award-winning film editor and writer Apurva Asrani questioned Akshay on being a National Award-winner.

Asrani tweeted: "Are Canadian citizens eligible for India's National Awards? The year (2016) Akshay Kumar won 'Best Actor', we were expecting Manoj Bajpayee to win for 'Aligarh'. If the jury/ministry has made an error in Kumar's case, will there be a revote."

However following the rulebook of the Directorate of Film Festivals, the organisation that presents the National Film Awards, under the section of eligibility of a candidate it reads: "Film professionals and technicians of foreign origin can also be considered for awards."

Johnny Lever: People didn’t even know that Asraniji and I were a part of a comedy show

The TV show 'Partners Trouble Ho Gayi Double', which features veteran Bollywood comedians like Johnny Lever and Asrani, will go off air by the end of this month, nine months after it was launched. Johnny Lever is a tad disappointed that the show is suddenly going off air. He tells BT, “Every show takes a little time to connect with viewers. In the case of 'Partners'..., the makers changed the time slot several times and got the viewers confused as to when exactly the show was airing. First it was 9.30 pm, then it was shifted to 10 pm and later to 10.30 pm. We also had the cricket league and FIFA World Cup happening during those time slots and so, we lost out on our viewership during that time." Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se Now to release on August 31st

It seems we will have to wait a bit longer for the Dharmendra, Sunny and Bobby Deol starrer Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se. The film was earlier scheduled to release on 15th August but now we hear it has been moved 31st August.

In an official statement, Sunny Deol said, “Since August 15th has two patriotic films Gold and Satyamev Jayate, which are topical for the day and on 24th we have our family friends Anil Sharma’s son being launched who has our blessings. Our film is a wholesome family entertainer hence we have decided to release our film Ypd Phir Se two weeks later on 31st August 2018.”

The third film in Yamla Pagla Deewana series is apparently another comic caper that also stars Kriti Kharbanda, Asrani, Satish Kaushik, and Binnu Dhillon.

Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7 – Dancers vs Background Dancers!

Saturday’s Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa opened with all the choreographers of the contestants, dancing to the ABC song from Yaariyan. They were then joined by the contestants.

The audience were informed that the current top 9 contestants would soon become top 8 as it was time to announce who would be in this weeks face-off. Mallishka and Kiku were the chosen face-off contestants this week.

Kiku and Kruti were the first to perform. Their chosen dance style was Tandav and Krumping. As they had an act with a religious theme, their song reflected the same. Kiku was dressed as Raavan and Kruti as Lord Shiva. As always, Kiku’s scores were saved and would only be revealed after Mallishka had performed.
