Ben Schwartz is known for playing Jean-Ralphio in the American comedy TV series "Parks and Recreation." He plays an annoying yet lovable character who thinks he is a player and a baller and often uses insurance money and his father's money to buy whatever he wants. Jean-Ralphio was created for Schwartz when he met co-creator of the show Michael Schur, and he often improvised his lines.

Started as an Improv and sketch performer at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.
Was a freelance writer for the Late Show with David Letterman's monologue and Saturday Night Live's Weekend Update.
Performed at the 2007 Montreal Just for Laughs Festival in the show The Line Up:A Sketch Showcase, directed by Bob Odenkirk, hosted by David Cross and Bob Odenkirk.
Created the website RejectedJokes.com to highlight his short films and writing.
Co-created/wrote the book Grandma's Dead: Breaking Bad News with Baby Animals published by Harper Collins.
