Parkland Entertainment have acquired U.K. and Eire rights to Charles Dance starrer “The Book of Vision.”
Parkland plan to release the film theatrically later in 2022.
Directed by Carlo S. Hintermann, the psychological thriller sees Eva (played by “Outlander’s” Lotte Verbeek) star as a young doctor who leaves her career behind to take up a course in the history of medicine at a remote university. Via a manuscript called The Book of Vision, she soon finds her fate entwined with that of an unusual 18th-century physician named Johan Anmuth (Dance).
“The story of Anmuth and his patients inspire Eva to live her life to the fullest,” reads the logline. “Nothing expires in its time. Only what you desire is real, not merely what happens.”
Terrence Malick (“Days of Heaven”) executive produces.

Staking its claim as the ultimate Ronsil movie, Lesbian Vampire Killers is about to slink into our cinemas, promising to be headier than a Hammer horror directed by Russ Meyer. It's got vampires, it's got lesbians and it's got killing - not necessarily in that order - with comedians of the moment James Corden and Mat Horne caught in the middle of it all as camping companions Fletch and Jimmy. With Ukrainian bombshell Vera Filatova and a host of other sirens at the shoot, this was one Empire set visit that had to be decided upon by fighting. So, for those who actually did click, here it is, the official trailer for the Brit horror comedy “Lesbian Vampire Killers”. Starring James Corden and Matt Horne as the two sad saps, with able assists from lovelies MyAnna Buring, Silvia Colloca, Vera Filatova, and Ashley Mulheron. Phil Claydon directs. With their women having been enslaved by the local pack of lesbian vampires thanks to an ancient curse, the remaining menfolk of a rural Welsh town send two hapless young lads out onto the moors as a sacrifice.

The first teaser trailer for the British horror comedy Lesbian Vampire Killers has debuted over at the film’s official site. The flick was directed by Phil Claydon and stars James Corden, Mathew Horne, MyAnna Buring, Tiffany Mulheron, Vera Filatova. From what little is shown in the teaser it looks like the film will be a lot of fun. It opens in March in the U.K; a North American release date has not yet been set. With their women having been enslaved by a local pack of lesbian vampires thanks to an ancient curse, the remaining people of a rural Welsh town send two unlucky young lads out onto the moors as a sacrifice.
