It’s almost impossible to escape once you get involved with the mob, and if I were Emile Hirsch‘s Bobby Belluci, I’d start learning how to swim with the fishes. Vertical Entertainment proudly presents an Inside Man trailer depicting a bloody tale of deception, dangerous liaisons, and a disturbing body count. Based on actual events, Inside Man tells the story of Bobby Belluci, a disgraced police detective seeking redemption by going undercover to expose a violent crime syndicate. However, as Bobby sinks deeper into the mob, the price for absolution may be higher than he can afford.
Danny A. Abeckaser directs from a screenplay by Kosta Kondiloppulos. Taking place during the 1960s and 1970s, Inside Man stars Lucy Hale, Jake Cannavale, Ashley Greene, Vincent Laresca, Kyle Stefanski, Greg Finley, and Bo Dietl alongside Hirsch.

"Everybody's got someone they want to kill, thing is no one realizes how easy it is to do it." Vertical Ent. has released an official trailer for a thriller dark comedy titled The Estate, which first premiered a year ago at the Newport Beach Film Festival. It's arriving in theaters and on VOD this October for anyone curious. When the spoiled son and newest wife of a billionaire patriarch plot to murder him, they form a psycho-sexual bond with their brutally handsome hitman as they kill and kill (and kill) in their quest for wealth and recognition. Sounds wild. The film stars Eliza Coupe, Greg Finley, Lala Kent, and Chris Baker, who also wrote the script. "Deftly balancing sharp humor and horror, The Estate delivers a perfectly campy, wildly enjoyable thrill ride that packs a deadly punch." Looks wicked and debaucherous in all the right ways. Here's the official trailer...

Vertical Entertainment — the distributor behind such movies as “Miss Juneteenth,” “Shadow in the Cloud” and “Ava” — has acquired the distribution rights for “The Estate” in North America, the U.K. and Ireland. The thriller, the feature directing debut of James Kapner, and written by Chris Baker (who also co-stars in the film), will be released in theaters and on VOD day-and-date this fall.
“The Estate” stars Eliza Coupe (“Happy Endings”), Greg Finley (“The Flash”), Baker, Heather Matarazzo (“Welcome to the Dollhouse”), Eric Roberts (“Runaway Train”) and Lala Kent (“Vanderpump Rules”). Baker’s character aligns with his stepmother (Coupe) to hire a hitman (Finley) to kill the family patriarch (Roberts), a move “initiating a psychosexual love triangle that spirals into more than anyone bargained for,” according to its logline.
Josh Spector, the SVP of acquisitions for Vertical Entertainment, said, “We couldn’t be prouder to be partnering with this talented filmmaking team on “The Estate,...

Gritty. Sombre. Grey. Literally, very grey, because this is Portland, Maine: the cold, northern, almost Canadian bit of the USA where men are men and, seemingly, lobsters are the only business in town. Well, lobsters, and drugs. Because smuggling your contraband in lobster pots is the way to go.
Downeast is the very downbeat tale of a cold case murder. Mikey (Spencer Watson) and Tommy (Greg Finley) are best of buddies: Tommy is on the verge of dating Mikey’s sister, Emma (Dylan Silver). Then tragedy strikes. Mikey is murdered, in an incident that “no-one knows nuffink about.” Unless you count small fish crime lord Kerrigan (Judson Mills) or his homicidal henchperson Brennan (Joss Glennie-Smith). But they’re not saying neither!

The Secret Life of the American Teenager may have been a resouding success for ABC Family, but it also helped Shailene Woodley land some big roles in the aftermath.
The actress has looked back on her time on the series, and has admitted that she felt "stuck" as a cast member.
Created by 7th Heaven's Brenda Hamilton, the series centered on Woodley's Amy Juergens, a teenager who had to come to terms with an unexpected pregnancy.
The series delved deep into how the pregnancy changed not only Amy's life, but the lives of those around her.
In an interview with Bustle, Woodley has opened up about her time on the series, noting that she did not agree with the messages of the show.
“There were a lot of things that were written into the scripts that not just me, but a lot of the cast, disagreed with,” the Big Little Lies actress said.

Warning: The following contains spoilers for Tuesday’s iZombie.
Turns out Clive’s circle of zombie friends is bigger than he thought.
During iZombie‘s Season 3 premiere on Tuesday, the detective’s visit to Fillmore Graves HQ led to a startling discovery: Wally, the little boy who used to live in his apartment building, is a member of the undead. But the happy reunion took a dark turn near the episode’s end when the child and his mother Anna were killed by zombie conspiracy nuts (who just so happened to be right).

Tonight’s episode of The Flash is going to be a big one, especially as last week’s instalment left us on quite the cliffhanger as it was seemingly revealed that Harrison Wells’ attempt to give Barry Allen back his speed had in actual fact killed him. Throw in the fact that filmmaker Kevin Smith is helming this episode of the DC Comics adaptation, and there’s lots to look forward to.
With just hours to go until the episode airs, The CW has released a very cool new poster alongside an extended trailer which once again reassures us that The Flash is alive and well, but stuck in some sort of alternate dimension which may or may not be the speed force – depending on whose theory you decide to believe.

Last night's episode of The Flash ended with a real shock as Barry Allen was disintergrated from Harry's attempt to recreate the accident which gave the Scarlet Speedster his powers. Rather than leaving us all thinking he's dead for the next week, The CW has revealed that Barry is instead trapped in some sort of alternate dimension, one which many believe could be the Speed Force. How he's going to get out of there (and what will become of Wally and Jess after being blasted by the explosion) isn't addressed in the images below, but see what clues you can figure out by going through them. Those scenes by the grave definitely seem to take place in the real world. Or not! We'll find out soon. Despite being a super fan of DC Comics characters, Kevin Smith has not really had the opportunity to work with their iconic heroes outside of the comic book realm itself. Sure, there was the Tim Burton directed Superman Lives, which Smith penned the script for and came this close to entering principal photography back in the 1990’s, but it is baffling to think that nothing else has materialized since.
That all changes next week when an episode of The Flash, directed by Smith himself, hits the airwaves. Titled “The Runaway Dinosaur,” this outing looks like it picks up where last night’s episode left off as the team utilizes Cisco’s “vibing” abilities to locate Barry Allen in whatever reality he may be trapped in. With the enlistment of the highest profile director to work on the series to date, something tells me this may be a superhero/science fiction tour-de-force.

After witnessing many major developments in last night’s episode, “The Whopper,” fans can expect to see Liv and Clive investigate the murder of an entrepreneur/barista next week. Yes, gaining great power brings with it great responsibility but that does not mean a character cannot revel in the sudden ability to do the seemingly impossible. After a decade of films with tortured protagonists, all in the name of gritty reality, the arrival of the CW’s The Flash series has garnered near universal praise because, for a change, the protagonist is having some fun. Out now from Warner Home Entertainment, The Flash: The Complete First Season is well worth having.
Grant Gustin makes for an appealing and engaging Barry Allen because he’s young and an unlikely hero, who is having fun running faster than the speed of sound. He’s a pumped, hyper-active puppy hero, eager to use his powers for as much good as possible, from helping paint buildings to rescuing stray animals. He wants to do it all and thinks he can.
