Cody Calafiore is 15th man to win ‘Big Brother’ — still only 7 women
Just as Gold Derby predicted, Cody Calafiore (aka Bb Comics’ The Cali-Fury) became the winner of “Big Brother 22” on Wednesday, October 28. He faced off against Enzo Palumbo in the final two after solely eliminating Nicole Franzel when he took the last Head of Household. (Read our minute-by-minute finale recap.) By claiming the title of “All-Stars” champion, Cody became the 15th man to win “Big Brother” across 22 seasons, compared to only seven women.

The first two winners of CBS’s reality TV show were both men: the often-forgotten Eddie McGee (Season 1) and frequent returnee Dr. Will Kirby (Season 2). Following that, two women won consecutively for the first and only time in “Bb” history, Lisa Donahue (Season 3) and Jun Song (Season 4), neither of whom have ever been invited back to play again.

Besides Cody, Eddie and Will, the other dozen male winners were

‘Big Brother’ Recap: Find Out Who Won the Second ‘All-Stars’ Season
Spoiler Alert: Do not read if you have not yet watched the season finale of “Big Brother: All-Stars.”

In lieu of its usual live studio audience, “Big Brother” wrapped its 20th summer and yet another season of twists, surprises and controversies by awarding its second-ever “All-Stars” winner.

Host Julie Chen Moonves kicked off the night with Part 2 of the final Head of Household competition in which Cody Calafiore and Enzo Palumbo faced off to compete against Nicole Franzel who won last week’s Part 1 endurance game.

In a game of “Camera Hogs,” the two male players identified the faces of evicted houseguests and matched their photo with clues displayed on postcard boards. Then, they had to walk across a log, while avoiding getting knocked down by large pig heads swinging from side-to-side.

After making it across the bridge, Cody and Enzo had to hit a buzzer to take a “photo

‘Big Brother 22’ power rankings: Cody Calafiore is favorite to win, but Enzo Palumbo can upset

‘Big Brother 22’ power rankings: Cody Calafiore is favorite to win, but Enzo Palumbo can upset
This week the winner of “Big Brother 22” will be crowned from a group of three All-Stars that each reached the final three before. Nicole Franzel, winner of season 18, is playing for her third time overall while Cody Calafiore, runner-up of season 16, and Enzo Palumbo, third place in season 12, are both playing for their second. Earlier this season we clocked them as the likeliest set of finalists, but now the game’s earliest and most loyal alliances must crack as only one of them can win the final Head of Household to choose who sits next to them in the finale.

According to our combined predictions, Cody is the favorite to win with 53/20 odds. Enzo is who we think has the second best chance of winning with 22/1 odds and Nicole is the least likely winner with 89/1 odds. Will those odds hold as the multiple stages of the final Hoh comp unfold,

‘Big Brother 22’ episode 34 recap: Did Cody evict Christmas or Nicole on October 22? [Updating Live Blog]
Heading into the final Thursday episode of “Big Brother 22,” both Enzo Palumbo (the Head of Household winner) and Cody Calafiore (the Veto champion) had already advanced to the final three. Cody earned the sole power to evict either Christmas Abbott and Nicole Franzel, and by doing so he’d also be naming the third finalist. Did the Cali-Fury end up sending home Christmas, the person he had no allegiance with but who he could possibly beat in the end, or Nicole, his closest ally in the game but someone he’d have a tougher time winning against?

‘Big Brother 22’ spoilers: There’s only one interesting scenario left, but it’s not gonna happen

‘Big Brother 22’ spoilers: There’s only one interesting scenario left, but it’s not gonna happen
So that’s that. Cody Calafiore won the Veto on “Big Brother 22” on Saturday, which means he’s locked for final three, which means he’ll get to final two, which means he’ll win. Yawn. Look, the odds were against Christmas Abbott to win the Veto, but that was the inkling of excitement this season needed after going by the book every step of the way.

Cody is obviously not going to use the Veto and he’s the sole vote to evict this week, so the final three will be him, Enzo Palumbo and Nicole Franzel. Christmas seems to have accepted her fate. She was pissed that she was nominated because she thought Enzo had her back, which is understandable, but also, there’s limited options and she should’ve known he wasn’t going to turn against his boy. They talked it out on Sunday, with Christmas

‘Big Brother 22’ winner predictions: Cody Calafiore still leads ‘All-Stars’ odds [Updated Week 10]
For the first time in 14 years, “Big Brother” aired an “All-Stars” version that welcomed back former winners, runners-up and fan favorites for a summer of grueling competition. “BB22” was able to happen despite the coronavirus pandemic, as the 16 cast members were all quarantined for two weeks prior to the August 5, 2020 move-in day. The crew of the long-running reality TV show followed all safety regulations to make sure Season 22 went off without a hitch, with Julie Chen Moonves joking she’d been “cleared” to host.

‘Big Brother 22’ spoilers: Not to jinx anything, but we may get a blindside this week

‘Big Brother 22’ spoilers: Not to jinx anything, but we may get a blindside this week
It was more of the same in the “Big Brother 22” house on Tuesday. Things alway slow down at the end, but it feels particularly hellish this season since every week has been a snooze. There was some slight wavering, but the plan remains the same, as does Memphis Garrett‘s cluelessness that he’s the actual target. So we could possibly see a blindside on Thursday. We’ve probably already jinxed it by saying it out loud.

Enzo Palumbo ostensibly started having second thoughts about sending out Memphis over Christmas Abbott, whom he thinks would take Nicole Franzel to final two over him and Cody Calafiore. But Cody quickly killed that by arguing that Enzo is a bigger comp threat and would beat anyone in the final, so he’s gotta go. Enzo then touched base with Christmas, telling her that they need to have each other’s back in

‘Big Brother 22’: Cody Calafiore is the favorite to win, but can the jury forgive all the blood on his hands?
As of this writing, Cody Calafiore is still the odds-on favorite to win “Big Brother 22” and top the second full cast of All-Stars. Cody first played the game in season 16 and placed second as part of one of the strongest alliances in history. This time he once again played within a large alliance, but without Derrick Levasseur around to make all the decisions, Cody stepped up to the plate and did the work for himself. Did he do enough to earn the jury’s respect and their votes?

Tyler Crispen (‘Big Brother 22’) exit interview: Memphis and Cody are ‘biggest threats to win’

Tyler Crispen (‘Big Brother 22’) exit interview: Memphis and Cody are ‘biggest threats to win’
A relatively quiet week in the “Big Brother” house ended with the eviction of Tyler Crispen on Thursday night, just one week after the 25-year old took a shot at Season 18 champ Nicole Franzel, but missed. Tyler and Christmas Abbott were caught on the wrong side of the vote when they attempted to oust Nicole during last week’s triple eviction, putting them in the crosshairs of Head of Household Cody Calafiore. After Cody won the Veto as well, Nicole, Memphis Garrett and Enzo Palumbo evicted Tyler over Christmas by a vote of 3-0, sending the Season 18 runner-up out the front door to meet host Julie Chen Moonves.

“I was definitely coming after Memphis and Cody,” Tyler admitted in his exit interview when asked if they made the right choice to evict him. “I thought they were the strongest competitors and the biggest threats to win and I think they viewed me the same way.

Tyler Crispen (‘Big Brother 22’) on potential eviction: ‘It’s not over yet’
Tyler Crispen is one of the most-liked people to ever play “Big Brother,” even winning “America’s Favorite Player” in Season 20. However, his game is now on the line as he’s one of two houseguests up for eviction on Thursday night — the other being Christmas Abbott. Even though Tyler is seen as a huge target in the game by his cohorts, he warned viewers that “it’s not over yet” at the end of Wednesday’s episode.
