What Happened to Fen on The Young & The Restless

Fenmore Baldwin on The Young & The Restless has come and gone from Genoa City so many times over the years that it's understandable if fans don't remember the young man's history. But don't worry — we’ve got you covered! After his birth in October of 2006, Fen was played by a series of child actors until being aged into a teenager and recast with Max Ehrich. After earning four consecutive Daytime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Younger Actor, Ehrich left the soap in 2015 and the role was briefly recast again with Zach Tinker taking over as Fen in December of 2018. He was written out again in February of 2019, but has been mentioned and is returning for the 2019 holiday season. Fenmore was born prematurely to Lauren Fenmore and Michael Baldwin, and shortly after his birth was kidnapped by Sheila Carter, who had surgically altered her face to resemble Phyllis Summers. Zach Tinker Returns to The Young & The Restless as Fen!

The Baldwins will be reunited for the holidays with Zach Tinker returning to The Young & The Restless as Fen! "All smiles here!" the young actor posted on Instagram as the caption to a photo of him and TV father Christian LeBlanc (Michael) posing in front of a Christmas tree. Lauren and Michael's son was born back in 2006 and was played by a series of child actors before suffering a case of Soras and being recast with Max Ehrich. Tinker made his debut in December of 2018 when Ehrich was unable to reprise his role. 46th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards Winners

The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) tonight announced the winners of the 46th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards at a grand gala held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, Southern California.

“The National Academy is pleased to be honoring the men and women who make Daytime television one of the staples of the entertainment industry,” said Terry O’Reilly, Chairman, NATAS. In addition to those honored tonight with the prestigious Emmy Award, we are especially pleased to be highlighting the careers of two of our television icons, ‘Judge Judy’ Sheindlin and Chef Jacques Pepin with our Lifetime Achievement Award. With our tributes to the wonderful career of Kathie Lee Gifford and the remarkable 50-year achievement of ‘Sesame Street,’ it’s a wonderful evening to celebrate Daytime television.”

Daytime Emmys 2019: Gh Wins 5 Major Awards, But Y&R Leads Soap Pack

ABC’s General Hospital grabbed gold five times on Sunday night at the 46th annual Daytime Emmys, while CBSThe Young and the Restless walked away from this year’s ceremony with the most total wins, eight — including for best drama.

Y&R‘s major wins also included for writing and directing, to go with five Daytime Emmys the long-running sudser picked up Friday at the Creative Arts ceremony. Gh meanwhile won for Lead and Supporting Actors, plus Younger Actress, Supporting Actress and Guest Performer.

The Bold and the Beautiful‘s Jacqueline MacInnes Wood earned her first Daytime Emmy, in the Lead Actress race.

Soap of the Week Results: 'Days of our Lives' Tops Poll for 27th Consecutive Week

The results are in from the We Love Soaps "Soap of the Week" poll for February 25-March 1, 2019. NBC's Days of our Lives was voted favorite soap opera for the 27th week in a row.

ABC's General Hospital came in second, followed by CBS' The Bold and the Beautiful.

Daytime Emmy Nominations: Days Tops Soaps, Julie Chen Nommed for Talk

Nominations for the 46th annual Daytime Emmy Awards were announced on Wednesday on CBSThe Talk, and NBC’s Days of Our Lives led the soapy pack with 27 total nods, edging out General Hospital’s 25. The Young and the Restless followed with 20, while CBS sister series The Bold and the Beautiful netted 12.

Despite exiting The Talk in September, Julie Chen appeared in enough episodes to qualify for a co-host nod.

By outlet, CBS amassed 61 total nods across all categories, while syndicated programs accounted for 55. Amazon and Netflix racked up 49 each.

2019 Daytime Emmy nominations: Full list of nominees for 46th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards

The 46th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards nominations honoring the best in daytime television were announced on Wednesday, March 20, live on the CBS talk show “The Talk.” Winners will be revealed at the Creative Arts Daytime Emmys on Friday, May 3 and the main ceremony on Sunday, May 5. The Daytime Emmy Awards cover a wide variety of programming including soap operas, talk shows, game shows, children’s shows, animation and more. Zach Tinker has joined the cast of CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless in the role of Fenmore Baldwin, most recently played by Max Ehrich.

Tinker's credits include Law & Order True Crime, NCIS, Murder in the First, Turnt and You're the Worst.

Tinker is scheduled to make his first Y&R appearance on Monday, December 3, when Fen returns to Genoa City with a few surprises for his parents.

Viewers can expect to see Fenmore Baldwin on The Young & The Restless in time for the holidays, but he’ll be looking a little different as Zach Tinker is taking over the role previously played by Max Ehrich. The character was born back in 2006 and after a series of child actors, was aged into a teenager played by Erich from 2012-2015.
