According to reports doing rounds, it is based on the life of the late journalist Swadeshabhimani Ramakrishna Pillai. Wielding the megaphone for this biopic will be Pramod Payyannur while former Member of Parliament and journalist Sebastian Paul will be scripting it. The film will involve a lot of research and the scriptwriter is putting in a lot of effort to get the details as it is set in a different era. The biopic will trace out the events that happened between 1870 and 1920. Ramakrishna Pillai was a writer, journalist, editor, and political activist. He was the editor of Swadeshabhimani, the newspaper that came down heavily upon the British rule in India.
