
Starting this weekend, restaurants in New York City can be open for indoor dining with a cap at 35 percent occupancy. One of the city’s iconic restaurants, Peter Luger Steak House, has found a way to fill some of the empty space without sacrificing safety amid the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic thanks to Madame Tussauds.
