Madonna is getting a biopic (that she’s directing herself). The Sex Pistols are getting an FX TV series. The Bee Gees are getting a film. Hell, they’re even making a brand-new Elvis Presley feature with Tom Hanks. All that to say, there is no shortage of rock star biopics coming over the next few years. And where there’s a chance for money and even more fame, you knew that Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley were going to waste no time to make sure a Kiss biopic, titled “Shout It Out Loud,” gets studio backing.
