There’s a lot going on at the movies. Though June doesn’t have the summer’s biggest titles – we’ll have to wait until July for those – it certainly has the most. Whether you’re into awards contenders, mega-franchise blockbusters, cutting-edge animation or have omnivorous taste, you’ll be making several trips to the theater this month. On offer, you can find a Sundance breakout many expect to compete for Best Picture, a new confection from Wes Anderson, at least two titles that will probably factor into the Best Animated Feature race, and a pair of R-rated comedies that aim to prove raunchy adult fare still has viability at the box office.
