Ratings: ABC’s ‘The Fix’ Slips From Already Low Series Premiere
There may be no fixing ABC’s “The Fix.” The Marcia Clark-produced drama dipped on Monday from its already-low debut ratings last week. Making matters appear worse, the show’s lead-in, “American Idol,” actually rose versus the previous Monday.

Thanks to “The Voice,” NBC fairly comfortably topped primetime last night.

NBC was first in ratings with a 1.4 rating/6 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in total viewers with an average of 7.7 million, according to preliminary numbers. “The Voice” from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. posted a 1.6/7 and 8.9 million viewers. At 10, “The Enemy Within” received a 0.8/4 and 5.2 million viewers.

ABC and Fox tied for second in ratings, both with a 1.0. Fox had a 5 share, ABC had a 4. ABC was second in total viewers with 5.5 million, Fox was third with 5.3 million.

For ABC, “American Idol” from 8-10 averaged a 1.2/5 and 6.4 million viewers.

Batfleck: What Could Have Been

“There was a time above… a time before… there were perfect things… diamond absolutes. But things fall… things on earth. And what falls… is fallen. In the dream, it took me to the light. A beautiful lie” -Bruce Wayne/Batman, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice In many ways, the beginning of Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman seemed like a diamond absolute. He’s a great actor, writer, and director. He seemed like he was going to turn in some great work that would change the face of Batman forever. His Batman was older and not so wiser. He had been damaged

Univision and satcaster Dish Network have reached a carriage agreement after a nine-month blackout that marked one of the longest standoffs between a major programmer and distributor.

Univision channels went dark on Dish Network’s satellite and streaming platforms on June 30. The sides were at odds over carriage fees that have become increasingly contentious for large MVPDs as they adjust to the influx of lower-cost competition in the pay-tv eco-system.

This past weekend, Viacom went down to the wire in talks with DirecTV on a new deal that was make-or-break for the parent company of Nickelodeon, MTV, Bet, Comedy Central and more.

Stuff That Wasn’t True from the Motley Crue Movie

If you grew up in the era of Motley Crue then you know full well that they were never one of the more innocent and cuddly bands out there. They had more than their fair share of dirt and ironically the name of the Netflix movie, Dirt, seems to be a lot cleaner than the band’s actual history. The story did go on by stating that it was true, but those of us that still like to use words like ‘reason’ and ‘logic’ can see past such a proclamation and come to our own conclusions. Unfortunately the conclusions that we

In the wake of Tuesday’s news that all charges against Jussie Smollett have been dropped, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel had harsh words for the Empire actor.

“I’d like to remind everybody that a grand jury indicted this individual based on only a piece of the evidence that the police had collected in that period of time,” Emanuel told reporters on Tuesday. “To use the principles and values behind [the Hate Crimes Prevention Act] to self-promote your career is a cost that comes to all the individuals.”

He continued, “Gay men and women who come forward and say they were a victim of a
