We are faced with a world where "evil" is something completely normal, where the police don't do anything and where people have learned to live with "evil". Yet people are constantly infected, leading to bloodbaths and gore. The characters are constantly yelling at each other and acting the exact opposite of common sense. No explanation is given as to what the "evil" comes from or what the "evil" wants. Everything is disjointed and the dialogues are totally bizarre. I watched the movie with English subtitles and despite this, I didn't understand anything about the plot. There are several horror elements that could have been explored much more. A missed opportunity.
