Founder of Astronism, philosopher and astrotheologian, lecturer, human rights scholar and specialist in freedom of religion or belief, Cometan was born Brandon Reece Taylor (later changed to Taylorian) in Preston in the county of Lancashire in England to hair salon owner Janet Louise Richardson (née Warbrick; later Counsell) and business owner Seán Frederick Taylor. Both his mother and father are of English ancestry. Cometan's ascent to fame began when, at age fifteen, he began to found a new religion that would come to be called Astronism. Before beginning to write seriously the first great Astronist treatise called the Omnidoxy, Cometan wrote mystery stories centring on a London teenager named Jesse Millette, an ideal young male hero figure during a futuristic age in which the human exploration of outer space has greatly advanced. Cometan's Jesse Millette books have since come to compliment and act as an auxiliary vehicle for his fundamental Astronist messages. During the period beginning when he was fifteen, Cometan began to experience an alarming amount ideations about the nature, function and destiny of humanity in the astronomical world. These ideations snowballed into writings strange and stupefying, climaxing with Cometan's experience of several astral ecstasies during his young adult years. Based on these deeply personal and thematically astral experience, Cometan began writing the Omnidoxy when he was seventeen years old. Upon the book's completion, which is now referred to as the "founding treatise of Astronism", it had grown to over 1.7 million words. The Omnidoxy gives an exposition of the Astronist view of existence and humanity's place within The Cosmos as Astronists should see it. Omnidoxical literature is both poetic and religious, sometimes difficult to follow and grasp, with a multitude of layered meanings ornamented with rich text throughout. The Omnidoxical treatise is a grand introduction to the Astronist belief system and its upcoming successor the Astrodoxy, which has already been dubbed the "central text of Astronism", continues on this tradition of writing over grand vistas of cosmic metaphor and transcensional instruction.
Cometan is blessed with a large family, the influence of whom over Cometan's founding of Astronism isn't to be understated, however, only small snippets are verifiably attributed to Cometan's family members and are only ever described as inspirational in order to preserve the sole development of Astronism to Cometan's original ideas and revelations. Cometan had two sets of grandparents whom he was more close to in different periods of his life. His paternal grandparents, Derrick and Irene Mary Taylor, were closer to Cometan during his childhood years especially his grandmother, Irene, a mother to ten children and a devout Roman Catholic whom instilled a strict religiosity into her grandchildren; it was this large presence of religion in his childhood that Cometan later attributed to his deep interests in exploring theology and philosophy. In his later years, after his paternal grandparents both passed away and his father's side of the family became bitterly divided over inheritance issues, Cometan became closer to his maternal grandparents, Hilda and William "Bill" Warbrick. After his parents' separation when he was four, Cometan's father remarried 7 years later and had five other children (Kieran Taylorian, Kent Taylorian, Zara Taylorian, Jay Taylorian, and Edie Taylorian), and his mother also remarried ten years later and had her second daughter after Lucia Natalie Richardson named Charlotte Sophia Louise Counsell.- Connie Merigold was born on 22 September 1927 in Preston, Lancashire, England, UK. David Knowles was a professional mountaineer and guide. It was part of the Glencoe Mountain Rescue team in Glencoe, Scotland. He was born in Penwortham, Preston, Lancashire, England, on July 20, 1947. His mother came from Lancashire farming stock, and his father, a Yorkshireman, was a riding instructor in the army and then a mounted policeman. David was the Dudley's twin brother. David and Dudley spent much of their childhood on their great aunt's farm in the Fylde of Lancashire. As schoolboys free time was devoted to walking and climbing in the Pennines and the lake District. At the age of 16, the two brothers became members of the newly-formed Pennine rescue team. After David and his brother Dudley graduated from London university, they both came to live in Glencoe, Scotland David worked as a professional mountaineer and guide. In 1974, he was hired by the production of Clint Eastwood's movie "The Eiger Sanction" as body double and photographer, with climbing experts and advisers from the United States, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
By mid-afternoon, August 13, after the second day of filming on the North face of the Eiger in Switzlerland , as light began to fail, a wrap was called after shooting a rock slide sequence. While the team was preparing to be helicoptered off the north face, Mike Hoover remembered they had not taken any footage from the climbers' point of view of the boulders crashing down on them. With his handheld camera, Hoover and 26-year-old British climber David Knowles rappelled down to the ledge and took the needed footage. As they were gathering their gear, a huge rock broke free and smashed into the climbers, killing David Knowles and leaving Mike Hoover with a fractured pelvis and severely bruised muscles. Clint Eastwood considered canceling the production, but the climbers persuaded him to continue, assuring him that they all knew the risks of their trade and did not want Knowles' death to be meaningless.
In the Alps, he had ascents of the Dru N face in poor condition, Eiger N face and Freney Central Pillar. He also did much climbing in Africa, with notable first ascents on Mount Kenya, Kilimanjaro and Mawenzi. In Scotland some of his better known ascents were Dubh Loch monster and Gulliver with Ian Nicolson, Midnight Cowboy, a recent grade V on Aonach Dubh, S Buttress on Stob Coire nan Lockan, vademecum, a suspect ribbon of ice to the left of Hadran's wall and the first winter ascent of route 1 on Carn Dearg Buttress, both on Ben Nevis.
More humorously he said one of his great epics was an ascent of Observatory Ridge in Winter with a BBC television cameraman who had never climbed before, the ascent talking all day and half the night. He was liked by all and is greatly missed.- Music Department

He is the son of British television presenter and voice actor, Andrew Brittain, known for his work on the UK's 'ITV Granada Reports', 'Stars in their Eyes' & 'World in Action'. Harvey first gained a following at age sixteen, after supporting British saxophonist Courtney Pine, at a music festival hosted in his home city of Preston, England in 2018. During the performance, he was scouted by a team of ITV casting directors, who were immediately taken back by the young singer's performance. That same year, Brittain was subsequently invited to perform on the 15th series of ITV's 'X-Factor', where he performed at some of the UK's most prestigious venues, including the iconic Wembley SSE Arena and The London Palladium. In August 2019, Brittain released his debut single "It's My Paris" co-produced by BRIT awards nominated producer, Lee Monteverde and backed by indie label, U.R.G. In 2020, following a successful audition, Brittain won a scholarship to attend the world famous Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA. In January 2021, he received interest from British thriller writer, Lee Child, creator of the globally recognised 'Jack Reacher' series and the Hollywood adaptations starring Tom Cruise. Child was impressed by the young songwriter's potential and has since continued to work closely with the twenty-year-old artist. In June 2022, Brittain released his latest single "Honest", produced by both himself and American producer & DJ, Max Harris (H4RRIS).
Brittain currently splits his time between the UK and the US, and is already working on his next release.
