Former actress Eva Norvind was an independent film and video producer as well as a psycho-sexual counselor in New York City. She was born Eva Johanne Chegodayeva Sakonskaya in Trondheim, Norway, on May 7th, 1944, the daughter of Russian refugee Prince Paulovic Chegodayef Sakonsky and a Norwegian sculptress Johanna Kajanus. Besides the name Eva Norvind, she has also worked under the pseudonyms Ava Taurel and Eva Hultgreen.
Having moved to France at age 15 with her family, she entered the field of entertainment when she won the second prize in the beauty contest at the 1960 Cannes Film Festival where the reward was a minor role as a German tourist in Marcel Moussy's Saint-Tropez Blues (1961). Shortly thereafter Eva changed her name to Eva Norvind when she became a showgirl at the Follies Bergere and began acting at the Comedie Francaise.
In 1962 Eva moved to Canada and then to New York City, where she worked as a showgirl and Can-Can dancer in cabarets, as well as a lunch-time Playboy bunny. Upon finishing high school in 1964 she took a bus to Mexico City to study Spanish over the summer and was recruited by a television producer to act a small part in a TV variety show. Because of her Nordic beauty, voluptuous figure, and daring attitude she rapidly became a film actress and a sex symbol in the Mexican media.
After her first Mexican film, 'Nuestros buenos vecinos de Yucatan' (1965), made in 1965, Eva went on to act in six more films over the next three years; Esta noche no (1966), followed by her first co-starring role in Pacto de sangre (1966), and Juan Pistolas (1966), where she played the sheriff's wife opposite Javier Solis. Other films include Santo contra la invasion de los marcianos (1966), Baname mi amor (1966), and her last Mexican film Don Juan 67 (1966), with Mauricio Garces.
After a highly publicized scandal in 1966 when she spoke of birth control on national TV, the Mexican government ordered Eva to leave the country within 24 hours. With help from the actors union she was able to remain in Mexico, but was forbidden all work on television for one year and any kind of work for 4 months. She did return to the theatre, acting in 'En el Closet, no' and Machiavelli's 'La Mandragola.'
In 1968, still living in Mexico, she became a freelance photographer covering fashion and celebrity news in Paris and New York. She also worked as a journalist specializing in film, covered international film festivals and got Latin American exclusives with major Hollywood talent from Paramount and Universal Pictures. She then worked in film distribution, buying European films for the Mexican Cineteca and selling Mexican films to Scandinavian Television.
In 1980, Eva returned to New York to study film production at NYU, where she received her BFA in 1982. She produced shorts and promotional films within the health field, and worked as associate producer of feature films in the development stage with Ziegler Films in Berlin and the Kibbutz Association in Israel.
In 1985, she became fascinated with the exploration of erotic power exchange and invented a pseudonym for herself as dominatrix Ava Taurel. In 1987 she founded Taurel Enterprises, Inc, the umbrella company for counseling, erotic role play and video production for health related services. She gave lectures at national conferences worldwide, to both health professionals and lay audiences. In 1996 she received her MA in Human Sexuality and Health Education from NYU and pursued graduate studies in Forensic Psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
Her controversial life and work has been documented in many books and feature films; In 1996 she was featured in 'Whipped', a documentary by Iana Porter and Sasha Waters which premiered at The Chicago Underground Film Festival and was screened at the Anthology Film Archives in NYC two years later. In 1997, feminist filmmaker Monika Treut made 'Didn't Do It for Love' (1997), a documentary about Eva's life, which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival, followed by the Berlin International Film Festival, among others.
In 1999, Eva appeared in 'Tops & Bottoms' (1999), by Christine Richie. She has been featured in many magazines as well as books like 'How to Be Hap Hap Happy Like Me' by Merrill Markoe, Marianne Macy's 'Working Sex' (1996), Bill and Gloria Brame's 'Different Loving', and Luisa Valenzuela's 'La travesia' (2002) and 'Black Novel with Argentines' (2003).
In 1999, John McTiernan hired her to coach Rene Russo for her assertive sexual image in 'The Thomas Crown Affair' for which she got screen credit.
In 2002, she was featured in a documentary film directed by Radovan Tadic, made for French and German cable television. She recently optioned a screenplay by Tadic for a feature film that she planned to produce with him as director.
Eva lived in New York and Connecticut but travelled frequently. She was fluent in English, French, Spanish, German, Swedish and Norwegian, and conversed in Russian and Italian. She was the sister of Georg Kajanus, London based singer and composer, and she was the single mother of Mexican actress Nailea Norvind.
At the time of her death, Eva was making a documentary about severely handicapped Mexican actor and musician Jose Flores, entitled 'Born Without'.- Sound Department

George Keller is a Danish / Norwegian composer, producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, graduated from Trondheim Conservatory of Music, Norway. After completing his studies, Keller landed a recording deal with CBS Records (Sony), and his highly acclaimed debut album "Just Like Standin' Up" was released in 1973. A year later, his second album "Colors" went straight into the European Chart of best selling albums, and his third album "Let's Move Together" was released worldwide by Hansa Ariola and the New York label Private Stock Records in 1976. His fourth album "Resten kan du tenke deg" (You can guess the rest) was released by EMI in 1984. While still pursuing his own busy solo career, Keller began writing and producing songs for other artists, and soon he became one of the most in-demand songwriters, session-musicians, and producers in the Norwegian / Swedish music industry, working with major artists such as Björn Skifs, Jahn Teigen, Ole Paus, Anita Skorgan, Tommy Körberg, Trond Viggo Torgersen, Zoo, Trond Granlund, Lava, among many others. In 1981 Keller received the Norwegian Grammy Award "Spellemannsprisen", and both Anita Skorgan and Trond Granlund have received Grammy Awards for albums produced by Keller. Unaware at this time that film music would come to have a significant role in his later career, Keller created music for three Norwegian feature films; "The Witches From The Petrified Forest" (1975), "Junior Heads" (1980) and "Hockey Fever" (1983). In 1985, Keller relocated to Copenhagen, Denmark, to manage the local A&R department of EMI Records. At the same time he began writing music for Danish documentaries, TV shows and commercials, and in 1997 he scored his first international feature film, the award winning "A Corner of Paradise", starring Penelopé Cruz, John Savage and Miguel Sandoval. Later same year he scored the highly acclaimed horror-comedy short film "Mothers In Arms " (Mor(d) i Mødregruppen), and the Swedish feature comedy "Reine och Mimmi I Fjällen". The following year Keller scored the award winning blockbuster action-comedy "In China They Eat Dogs" (I Kina spiser de Hunde), followed by the feature children's film "Jolly Roger", the documentary "The Mystery of Flying Enterprise" for National Geographic, and another blockbuster feature action-comedy "Old Men in New Cars" (Gamle Mænd I Nye Biler). Between film scoring he also composed the music for the family musical "Hjalmar and Flode", which was staged at Oslo Nye Teater in 2000, and later in many of Norway's major cities. Over the years, Keller has created music for more than 20 feature films, numerous documentaries, short films, television series and commercials. As a native Norwegian, his music is often influenced by the traditional, Nordic folk music. His quest and curiosity for the original, simple and unaffected expression has also led him to many other corners of the world, e.g. to the Middle East, where he studied and learned about Arabic culture and music and scored numerous documentaries about the culture and history of the Kingdom of Bahrain. For the past 10 years, most of Keller's composer work has consisted of composing music for documentaries, in particular international wildlife documentaries.- Ole Martin Aune Nilsen was born on 23 June 1978 in Trondheim, Norway. Georg Kajanus is a Norwegian composer, singer/songwriter and lyricist, best known for writing the hits A Glass of Champagne and Girls Girls Girls for his band Sailor. In total, Kajanus' compositions have gone to the top of the UK, European and Australian charts 28 times in the 1970s, the 1990s and in 2008. After having lived in Trondheim, St Tropez, Paris and Montreal, Kajanus moved to London in the late 1960s, where he formed the folk/rock group, Eclection, which was one of the few British signings to the American label, Elektra Records. Five years later, Kajanus used his youthful experiences of the colorful night life of Paris to invent Sailor, his second and highly successful foray in the music world. Kajanus was the lead singer and songwriter for the band. Under Kajanus' leadership, Sailor released five albums and was awarded numerous gold and silver records for its success in the UK, Europe and Australia. Kajanus then left Sailor to form the electronica group, DATA, with vocalists Francesca ("Frankie") and Phillipa ("Phil") Boulter. The classically orientated title track of DATA's first album, Opera Electronica, was used as the theme music to the short film, Towers of Babel (1981), which was nominated for a BAFTA Award in 1982 and won the Silver Hugo Award for Best Short Film at the Chicago International Film Festival of the same year. DATA released two more albums, the experimental 2-TiME (1983) and Elegant Machinery (1985). Living Inside Me from the 2-TiME album became a major hit in the 1980's club scene in the USA. Opera Electronica and 2-TiME were re-released by Angel Air Records in 2017. In the mid 1980s, Kajanus continued his experimentation with electronic music, collaborating with Henry Marsh of Sailor on the short-lived, unconventional combo called ...And The Mamluks, which achieved some nightclub success in the USA with the Razormaid remix of the track, Hassan. The Hammer and the Heart by ...And The Mamluks was released by Angel Air Records in 2018. Kajanus reformed Sailor in 1990 and the band went on to achieve further success in Europe, releasing two albums: Sailor and Street Lamp, again penned by Kajanus, on BMG-Ariola and touring extensively. In the late 1990s, Kajanus left Sailor again to form the poetic-techno duo Noir with Tim Dry. Noir's single Walking was used extensively in the Channel 4 TV series, Feast, an avant-garde culinary program. Noir's Strange Desire CD was released on Angel Air Records in 2007. Kajanus composed the soundtracks for two documentaries directed by award-winning German filmmaker Monika Treut: Didn't Do It For Love (1997) and Gendernauts (1999). His compositions, A Glass of Champagne and Girls Girls Girls have featured in many movies and TV shows over the years, as well as TV commercial campaigns (Marks & Spencer, Priceline - Australia). An early composition by Kajanus called Flying Machine was featured in a worldwide ad campaign for Western Union in 2019. Kajanus is working on three projects at the moment: 1. Sailor, a musical drama for stage and screen that contains a unique perspective on life, revenge, violence and love, which is set in the ruins of post-World War II Marseille. The musical features some early Sailor compositions as well as new material. 2. The classical musical People Industry, which is an intriguing look at the extraordinary world of Homo Sapiens, using all new vocal and orchestral compositions by Kajanus. 3. Silver Tongued Heroes, an electro-techno musical that features the music of DATA.- Camera and Electrical Department
