- A panther with pink fur goes around doing mischievous things and often finds himself in trouble.

Daffy arrives, meets Speedy in Witch Hazel form, and is invited inside by Speedy for tea.
- A hot-tempered bandit, Pancho Vanilla, robs a Mexican bank and rushes to his hideout to count the loot. Speedy Gonzales, Mexico's fastest mouse, follows Pancho there, intending to return the money to the bank. He challenges Pancho to a duel and then speeds past him again and again, bringing every cent of the money back to the bank and causing a flustered and enraged Pancho to shoot himself in the feet.
- Speedy Gonzales and the Road Runner are racing each other, with Sylvester Cat and Wile E. Coyote in hot pursuit.
- Speedy Gonzales is once again called to get past Daffy Duck when he denies the mice of Mexico chocolate bunnies for Easter.
- Daffy Duck moves into a new house only to find it inhabited by Speedy Gonzales. Daffy does everything in his power to dispose of the mouse, even putting enough dynamite in it to blast it into the sky.
- Speedy Gonzales and a little boy mouse watch a broken television set in a junkyard using their imaginations to create a picture. They imagine clips from old Warner cartoons, about the "smart mouse" (Speedy) and the "stupid duck" (Daffy).
- The Ant is captured by a scientist and placed in an insect specimen container within the scientist's mobile laboratory, and fortunately for the Ant, his host does not approve of the Aardvark's Ant-snatching attempts.
- The diminutive owner of a diner situated next to a construction site is inundated with lunchtime customers and hires the Pink Panther as a short-order cook. But the accident-prone panther causes nothing but trouble for the little diner owner. A flipped pizza sticks to the kitchen ceiling, and when the Pink Panther saws a hole through the ceiling and the pizza, with a slab of ceiling wood beneath, falls onto the grill, the little diner owner hurries to bring the pizza to a burly, impatient customer, who bites into a truly wooden-crust pizza, then punishes the little man with a pie in the face. The same customer later requests on two separate occasions a cake and blueberry pie. The Pink Panther catapults the cake into the customer's face, and a fan blows the blueberry topping of the pie to the same unfortunate place. The irate customer puts a R.I.P. wreath at the door of the diner and chases panther and little owner into the horizon.
- After Speedy Gonzales wreaks havoc and gets cats hospitalized, Daffy Duck is called to put a stop to it involving a big cash settlement. He hires a robot known as Herman to do his dirty work for him, although even he can't stop Speedy.
- Blue Racer finds out that the Japanese chicken in the local farm has laid an egg. Blue Racer wastes no time getting it. Unfortunatly, the egg's father is a champion fighting rooster and foiled his plans several times. In his final attempt, he trips the rooster, which, as a result, the egg rolled down to the ostrich farm. The rooster mistakes an ostrich egg as his and takes it home, only, it hatched. The chicken couple argues over it, in Japanese language. Blue Racer, watching the scene, tells the audience that this is the Be Kind to Egg week, "So take your egg out to dinner, or at breakfast."
- Big Bad Wolf and his nephew use a club for rabbits, Club del Conejo, to try to catch Bugs.
- Wile E. Coyote finds a spy kit and uses its contents (sleeping gas, a mail bomb, explosive putty, and a gadget-filled spy car) in his unsuccessful attempt to catch the Road Runner.
- The Pink Panther's peaceful life as a farmer is challenged when a genetically-modified fly starts to devour all of his produce.
- A toy duck a street vendor is selling takes on a life of its own and starts following the panther. He tries to get rid of the persistent duck, even sending it to Japan in a package. Come winter, come spring, and the panther receives a package from Japan, with the duck inside - so he decides to keep it as his pet. Immediately the duck adopts itself into the family of a real duck. Again, seasons change, and finally the duck is back on the panther's doorstep. It has travelled the world and got itself a family of its own.
- When working with the Mounties, The Inspector becomes the prisoner of the ever alert fugitive, Caribou Lou.
- Inspector Clouseau and Sergeant Deux-Deux's investigation into a stolen cargo of bananas takes them to a run-down waterfront apartment building, where they follow a trail of banana peels to the abode of a diminutive Cockney sailor and his impish ape. Clouseau doesn't see the ape, and when he is repeatedly punched through the floor by the ape, Clouseau thinks the stocky sailor has been the one hitting him. When he sees Deux-Deux easily subdue the sailor, Clouseau believes that Deux-Deux is a muscular power-house and declares the Sergeant his hero.
- Wile E. Coyote's latest misbegotten Road Runner-catching schemes include a propeller-powered backpack, a stone log let loose down a hill, and a bogus bird sanctuary containing a phone booth with a TNT stick disguised as the phone receiver. As usual, Wile E. ends up taking the explosion.
- The Aardvark is hexed by a portable hole which removes the ground beneath him on the edge of a cliff and lets the air out of a balloon suspending the Aardvark above the Ant onto whom the Aardvark plans to drop an anvil. The dropped anvil does not crush the Ant but hits the fallen Aardvark on his head, instead.
- Daffy Duck rides out to the woods looking for gold, but finds the Goofy Gophers instead. According to Daffy's map, the Gophers are living on a gold mine,and he tries various methods to get them out.
- The panther gets a job as janitor in a hospital. He dreams of becoming a doctor himself, and initiatively helps out patients by pulling a banana out of a man's ear and bandaging another man's sore finger. Again concentrating on his actual job, he causes nothing but trouble by ruining an x-ray photo and making a doctor slip on the newly-waxed floor.
- The cartoons concerned blond, good-looking, pacifist Roland and the many attempts by the evil, mustachioed Rattfink to ruin his good time.
- The Panther offers a tutorial service to teach the Little Man a variety of different sports (which goes horribly wrong).
- Daffy Duck, broke and impoverished and desperately needing money, finds an offer for $15 to shoot a small moving target. He goes to Mayor Katt for the request and he tells them about how Speedy Gonzales has been wreaking havoc. So, he goes out to catch him. However, after Daffy catches him, he is outraged to hear that he didn't work the full time and doesn't get the fifteen dollars, so Speedy Gonzales is set loose after Mayor Katt and Daffy Duck fight. Daffy is then once again begging for donations.
- The Pink Panther stops to spend a night at a castle in Transylvania, believing it to be a lodge. It is in fact a vampire's castle with such denizens as a hairy, knife-throwing hand, a phantom in squeaky shoes, and the usual living-dead blood-sucker. Thinking the vampire's coffin to be that of a dead man, the Pink Panther buries it. Come dusk, the coffin rumbles to surface, and the vampire emerges. The Pink Panther uses bug spray to repel the vampire in bat form, and it flies out a window and changes to the vampire, who falls into a moat inhabited by a shark. The shark chases the vampire, and the phantom chases the Pink Panther, before sunrise causes vampire, shark, phantom, and castle to disappear.
- In the woods, hunter Daffy Duck jumps out of his jeep excited about hunting season. The forest ranger announces a boundary line for hunters and bears, so Daffy must resort to trickery to catch his game.
- Another battle of the paintbrush between the Pink Panther and a diminutive painter, who this time is Leonardo Da Vinci, painting his masterpiece, the Mona Lisa. The little Da Vinci paints a pouting mouth on the Mona Lisa, but the Pink Panther decides to covertly replace the pout with a smile. When the smile wins the appreciation of an art patron, Da Vinci is enraged and repaints the pout. The Pink Panther repeatedly changes the pout to a smile while the little painter is not looking, and ultimately it is the Pink Panther's version of the Mona Lisa that hangs in the Louvre.
- Reports of flying saucers over Paris have the Surete scrambling to keep order. The Commissioner is himself abducted by aliens and taken to their planet. Inspector Clouseau and Sergeant Deux-Deux follow in a monkey-piloted rocket and find the Commissioner in a specimen jar. They release him and are chased around and around the tiny planet by one of the aliens.
- On a hunting vacation, Inspector Clouseau mistakenly keeps shooting a bad-tempered bear instead of the quail he's after which results in painful lessons learned by the Inspector.
- After being run over by a truck, both the Charlie Ant and the unnamed blue Aardvark wind up in a hospital, each with one broken leg. Along with sharing the same room, with a very witty and aggressive bulldog, that doesn't stop the Aardvark's persistence, from continuing to pursue the Charlie Ant as, for its meal to be. After the Ant & Aardvark's leg injuries are healed, they are released, only to be hit again, re-injured & hospitalized again. During their second hospitalization, the Aardvark hits the bed animal's cast between them, Charlie Ant & Unnnamed Blue Aardvark, thinking the witty bulldog is still there. In pain & anger, a rhinoceros, with an injured tusk chases the Aardvark out of the hospital. [then the Closing Credits music begins]
- Inspector Clouseau and his sidekick, Sergeant Deux-Deux, are assigned to apprehend a four-armed pick-pocket named Spider Pierre, who promptly picks the pocket of Clouseau. Clouseau and Deux-Deux chase Spider Pierre all over Paris, before Deux-Deux subdues Spider Pierre by using bug spray!
- The Inspector finds that his female disguise is working too well with the Commissioner.
- The panther wants to take pictures of animals in the forest - but the animals are anything but cooperative.
- Fur-trapping French-Canadian brothers Jules and Jacques provoke the righteous wrath of the Pink Panther when one of their leg-traps in a forest ensnares the picnicking panther's tail. The panther, declaring himself "Pink Avenger", follows the two trappers to their cabin and plants biting turtles in each of their beds, causing each to think the other is responsible for the seeming practical joke. After fist-fighting, the two men realize that, "something's fishy," and they use their dog, Armand, to trail the Pink Panther. They are bitten by more turtles, one of them is caught in his own leg-trap, and the pair are then both catapulted by a recoiling tree into the horizon.
- A fast-moving blue snake named the Blue Racer tries unsuccessfully to catch a Japanese beetle, who is a black belt in karate.
- Daffy Duck and Speedy Gonzales wage war on each other.
- The Blue Racer is trying to catch Japanese Beetle. He first tries to catch him by hiding inside a hose, however, plan is backfired when Japanese Beetle turns on the faucet. Then he tries to catch him by hopping, but again, plan foiled because he ran across a rolling roller. While chasing the Beetle again, Blue Racer runs into a venus flytrap, which spits the snake out (the flytrap claims that it tasted awful). The Blue Racer decided he needs to fly in the air to catch the bug and sucks a can of helium, and floats in the air. However, when he opens his mouth, he flys off in the air and falls into a bag of genuine fertilizer.
- The Inspector's pursuit of a criminal in London is impeded by the Scotland Yard captain who is more interested in enforcing the local weapons policy.
- Misterjaw was a blue-colored great white shark who liked to leap out of the water and shout "Gotcha!" at unsuspecting folks who would run off in terror. He spoke with a German accent and was known to mispronounce words.
- The Pink Panther is a very responsible caretaker in a national park. Then a very irresponsible short, pointy-nosed man arrives with his dog to camp out. Ignoring the prohibitions, the man sets a campfire, throws empty cans into the lake while fishing, and litters the forest so badly the panther has to send for the bear to order the man to clean up everything. At sunset, the park is clean again, and the man can go into his tent to sleep.
- The Surete Commissioner orders Inspector Clouseau and Sergeant Deux-Deux to track a mysterious and elusive Monsieur X. Using a submarine, an army tank, and mountaineering equipment, they chase Monsieur X all the way to Africa, where they encounter him in the Sahara Desert and at Mount Kilimanjaro. After a series of painful mishaps, they concede defeat in the strenuous and perilous chase and return to Surete headquarters, where Monsieur X is revealed to be the Surete's new physical training instructor!
- Pancho and El Toro meet a friendly, singing Japanese beetle...the only one in Japan with a black belt in Karate. Toro tries to catch him for his supper, but is only given repeat lessons in the martial art.
- A bickering married couple continue their verbal sparring as they repeatedly repel Inspector Clouseau's attempts to enter their house to give them a ticket.
- In Mexico, Daffy Duck is the owner of an electronics store where Speedy Gonzales and his friends are celebrating Speedy's birthday by playing music on Daffy's merchandise. When a furious Daffy uses violent methods to try to stop the mice from using his valuable equipment, he is wrapped in a rope by Speedy and placed on a rotating, vinyl record turntable.
- Inspector Clouseau's job is declared obsolete by the Surete Commissioner due to a highly advanced robot that can do detective work more efficiently. A vengeful Clouseau tries to destroy the robot that usurped his position in the police force.
