- The short visit of a Kenyan priest in the Canadian High Arctic is the occasion to recall the past of this Inuit region marked by two missionary figures who were also ethnologists and adventurers. Their fates are linked through the movie directed by one of them by the end of the 1950s, a precious document that shows - at the confluence of the Christian and Inuit traditions - their fascination with a world they have certainly helped to get known, but also of which, with other forces, they have hastened the irreparable mutation.
