- Taheed and Ytossie's secret lands them a trip off the island; Mandy loses her cool after Billy bares nearly all during a visit to Vanessa's cabana; and Kaya is none too thrilled at Val's risque dip in the Jacuzzi. - 16 new castaways land in the Australian Outback to begin the adventure of a lifetime. 2 tribes, Kucha and Ogakor, begin to build their camps and build relationships. But a couple of castaways are having trouble with the latter.
- The final date selection finds the guys at odds over the same woman, who ends up locking lips with Kaya; Mandy and Val step off so Shannon can have date her dream man; Billy chooses Vanessa for a fantasy trip to the island's ruins; and Andy has a hard time dealing with a rash of rejections. Meanwhile, the stakes are raised as the couples prepare to send 12 of the singles home.
- Both tribes are having trouble getting food. Suspicion arises when one castaway claims to have seen another eating beef jerky. Kucha looks to even the score with Ogakor in an immunity challenge that will make you cringe.

The initial couples were Kaya Wittenburg and Valerie Penso, Mandy Lauderdale and Billy Cleary, Ytossie Patterson and Taheed Watson, and Andy Lukei and Shannon Roghair. Patterson and Watson were removed from the show when the producers learned that the pair had children together. The remaining three couples continued. The series was hosted by Mark L. Walberg.

- The first stunt is a net jump as the contestants have to climb to the top of a 110 foot tower and jump twice their body length to a cargo net hanging across from the tower. Contestants who were able to hang on to the net for 5 seconds would advance to the next round. It's eating for stunt two as the ones left have to eat five earthworms and one super worm in a martini glass. Contestants who were able to do this in 4 minutes would advance to the finals. Lastly, the final contestants have to crawl through a pitch-black drainage system. The first pipe led to a wet and slimy culvert connected to several other pipes, but only one pipe besides the entry pipe did not have a dead end. The tunnel was rigged with infrared cameras so viewers could see the contestants in the dark tunnels. The contestant to reach the end of the exit tunnel fastest would win the $50,000.
