- As NCIS mourns the loss of Ducky, the agents find comfort in working on one of his unfinished cases involving a woman whose father was dishonorably discharged from the Marines.
- Even with Mike now out of prison, the partners face a crisis that could be a death blow to the firm. Rachel and Jessica call a trick play in the Leonard Bailey trial. Louis contemplates his next move with Tara after another bombshell.

- Mitch's wife has been abducted. The kidnappers contact Mitch, they want Chopper One grounded until 2:00PM. Mitch disables the helicopter, it cannot be flown. He blames it on an electrical problem. Officers Gil and Don suspect something; they confront Mitch. He tells them about the kidnapping of his wife. They go to Captain McKeegan, who determines that Organized Crime is behind it. The bad guys want the chopper grounded, to keep it from providing aerial cover for a motorcade. A powerful prosecutor is in the motorcade; the kidnappers plan to assassinate him. With a clue provided by Mitch, the officers learn where the bad guys are holding Mitch's wife, and where the assassination attempt will occur. Chopper One to the rescue.

And Fran chose to bring them herself and took a cab but when she got in an accident the pearls were left behind. Now on this show, Annie's riding the same cab and finds the pearls and takes them. She wears them on a date and loses them. She later learns that they belong to Elizabeth Taylor. She then goes to a department store with Didi and goes into a dressing room and learns Elizabeth Taylor is there. Didi wants to see her but Annie doesn't want to that's when Didi blurts out that Annie lost her necklace not knowing that she's also there.
- Jonathan is given one of the most emotional assignments he's ever had ... to help his own widow regain her love for life.
- Sonya and Brianna want to investigate the conviction of a paralegal who ten years ago was accused of providing information to a couple of guys who would rob the home of a couple she went to, to appraise their property for their will. And the couple were killed and investigation turns up one of the items taken from the couple in the paralegal's car. Conti is hesitant to take the case because he knows that the prosecutor who is now a judge is involved with Swain. Swain gives Conti his OK. But among the things they learn is that the prosecutor may have suppressed evidence. Conti tells them to look at other angles.

At the same time the man's wife, suspicious that her husband is leaving the house at unusual hours, hires P.S.I. to find out what he's doing.
- When a man thinks Ethan knows the location of a fortune, he kidnaps him and takes him to a prison where no man has ever escaped from. Amelia turns to her estranged husband, Pierce for help. He takes her to see Wyatt Earp, Bat Masterson, and Pat Garrett who agree to help.
- Following Marlene's death, Cathy learns Marlene left her house. At first she's willing to let her daughters have it till she learns what their plans are. Dr. Miller wants her to try a different treatment which is risky. And she learns that Sean and Rebecca are expecting a baby.

Louise then says she has to go home to take care of a leaky faucet and needs to find someone to fix it and the guys suggest Ben. So Mary gives her a piece of paper from what she's been reciting to her to write her address so that they could give it to Ben. Later they ask her how she got the job. She says she gave the show some of them things she wrote and they liked and she also mentions that her father has a connection to the show which makes her wonder that her father got her the job. Later they give Ben Louise's address and looks at the back and reads the thing Mary Beth wrote and he thinks Louise wants him so he goes to her apartment with flowers and wine.
- A murder investigation becomes personal for Voight when his son Justin is attacked in the same manner as a widowed, single mother whose body is found in the trunk of her car.
- When the Agency learns that someone has in their possession anthrax, they try to find out who and how they plan to use it. They think they found the man, a man named Zimmer. They discover he tried to make contact with someone he knew years ago who is now a housewife. So they arrest her and try to get her to tell them what she knows which she claims is not much. They also try to intercept the anthrax which is on it's way.
- When members of the Saudi Royal Family are being killed, they accuse the Americans. The Agency investigates and discovers circumstantial evidence that the killings are being done by private contractors. Who were hired by a billionaire whose family was killed in the World Trade Center. They try to get evidence against them but they prove to be too formidable.
- A man who committed a crime is arrested and Nick presides at his trial. When on the stand the man claims that he did it because his therapist made him do it. Nick learns that she's a sex therapist and is using her patients need for her "help" to make them do things. Nick, Moon and Gibbs go to her under the guise of needing help. And when she kills someone Nick fears that she's going to be more dangerous.
- Gary learns that Lucious Snow, the previous recipient of the paper, saved his life when he was a boy. And that that act has significance to something in the present.
- Jonathan and Mark are on assignment to unite a retiring teacher with four orphaned brothers.
- A guy asks the NJP to help prove that his friend who was convicted of rape ten years ago is innocent. Conti decides to look into it but Swain and Brianna doesn't think they should. The case rests primarily on the testimony of one of the victims who swears that he is the one who attacked her.
- Wesley is grounded but he sneaks out. So Belvedere goes after him but gets in an accident and ends up in a coma. The Owens stand over him. That's when he leaves his body and sees them standing over him. That's when he's approached by an Angel who calls herself Angel who looks like Angela. She tells him that they're waiting to see if he will be called to the next world or if he will return. And he says he is needed because without him the Owens would end up in chaos. But Angel shows him they can make it without him.

McCabe learns that the hospital is being turned over to city so he is being relieved of his duties as hospital administrator. The O'Caseys' daughter is in critical condition, which gives Morrison the clue as to what is wrong with his patient in 1986.
- Zoe's ex Miles Jacobs, comes to the agency saying he has a stalker. Zoe doesn't want to get involved but Pearl overrules. Zoe discovers he was at a building when a man died but he claims he wasn't there. And she eventually discovers that he's been stalking himself and he suffers from multiple personality disorder.
- Sean Cahill comes to Harvey asking for one more chance to take a shot at Charles Forstman, and Donna is left with a tough decision after Louis' secretary Norma dies.

He tells Terry that she was going to go a school for blind musicians which is wanted to do till she met Terry. So he asks Terry to let her go which he does. When he goes to see her and tell her about her father someone tries to kill her. Terry's concerned that the robbers tried to kill her. Question is why?
