- World-renowned trumpeter Wynton Marsalis visits to play with the Neighborhood trio and talk with Mister Rogers about his music. It's nighttime in Make-Believe, and Henrietta is sad because she thinks her friends have forgotten her birthday.
- Mister Rogers visits a dance studio where football great Lynn Swann shows his football uniform and how he dances ballet. In Make-Believe the neighbors lost their football game and talk about their feelings about winning and losing.

They all go to the Museum-Go-Round for Henrietta's surprise birthday party. After the party, Henrietta is surprised to hear that Reardon is making a new opera that will air the next day.

Reardon plays amiable television news reporter Robert Redgate, who is always sure there's never, never, never any trouble in Bubbleland. Lady Aberlin plays Betty, of Betty's Better Sweaters. Francois Clemmons plays Friendly Frank the Weather Porpoise, and Lady Elaine Fairchilde is Hildegarde Hummingbird, who believes a windstorm is approaching Bubbleland, but nobody believes her. There is in fact a terrible storm a-brewing and it's all thanks to the latest product on the market: Spray Sweater, created by W.I. Norton Donovan (Handyman Negri) who was really the wind in disguise. Once his plan goes into effect, the wind attempts to utterly demolish Bubbleland. The fate of the world rests in the wings of an unsung feathered heroine.
- Mister Rogers explains that friends may have hard times, but they can also build a stronger friendship each time they are together. It's raining in Make-Believe where the neighbors are finding their own ways to be peaceful together.

- At the Television house, Rogers brings in a playpen and puppy. Mrs. Carol Saunders also makes her first visit. At the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday still wants to protect his province, so he sends Handyman Negri to install punch clocks at both ends of it.
