- Oswald takes Ortensia ("Sadie") out for a ride in his jalopy and soon finds himself in a race with a chasing police car.
- Pluto chases a kitten through a window and right into Mickey's lap. Mickey scolds him, and goes off to wash the kitten. Pluto falls asleep in front of the fire, and dreams of a hell ruled by cats where he is put on trial for all his crimes against cats and, of course, found guilty.
- Ambrose the kitten renames himself Butch and runs away from home with plans to become a robber. His first intended victim, though, is a real robber: Dirty Bill, a dog. Dirty Bill asks Ambrose/Butch if he's pulled off any big jobs, and he tells of the stagecoach robbery we saw him enacting with dolls and toys at the beginning of the movie, without, of course, mentioning that it was all playacting. Bill asks him about the loot, and Butch brings out a bag of cookies. Bill won't accept that answer, and comes after Ambrose, scaring him right into the bath he earlier avoided.
- Mickey is ringmaster of a circus for orphans. Donald has a trained sea lion act, and does a bit of juggling himself. Mostly, though, he fights with a baby sea lion who keeps stealing both the fish and the show. Donald then finds himself and Mickey in an unrehearsed high wire act, which kicks into high gear when one of the orphans electrifies the wire. They end by doing a high dive into the seals' tank.
- Three sleepy babies in a clog-boat sailing through the night sky attempt to fish with candy canes for very smart fish.
- Donald attempts to entice Pluto to try his automated dog washer, but is unexpectedly caught himself and is scrubbed, and hung on the line to dry.

One day, his father has a cold in his cylinder head, so Pedro gets the call to cross the Andes, past the forbidding peak of Aconcagua, to pick up and bring back the mail from Mendoza. Pedro takes off, and the trip to Argentina goes well. Then, Pedro gets cocky, and the return trip goes badly. Will Aconcagua claim another victim? And what of the mail, does it get through?

- Pluto spots Dinah the dachshund and is smitten, but she ignores him. He uses a giant bone to steal a kiss, and hides behind a mirror, but still no luck. Then Dinah is nabbed by the dogcatcher, and Pluto goes in to free her. Their thrilling escape finally gets Pluto another kiss.
