- Roya, Farzins's mother, has left her husbands. As young Farzin quits university, accidentally he meets a girl from a wealthy family who is the manager of an NGO. Aware of farzin's experience as a translator, they marry, but after a short while, sick Aida dies and unconscious Farzin spends his days and nights in deserted mountains. Brought back to life, Farzin open his eyes in a hospital where a doctor is injecting him with some strange substances. Fired from hospital, the young doctor befriends Farzin and his pal, Babak. Addicted to drugs, they host parties night and day. After a crash, Farzin meets a nurse named Safoura in the hospital. He becomes fond of her immediately because of her resemblance to Aida, but she refuse him, when she finds out about his addiction. When unconscious Dos falls from the window and dies and Farzin's mother leaves the country alongside her new husband, Farzin is helpless.

The family after recognizing their wrong course of actions try to correct their manners towards the boy and establish better relations. Nasser also, after forgetting about his internal controversies of attitude becomes aware of his own weaknesses and tries to develop a more solid and sturdy self dependence. By using his other abilities, exercising continually, and making every endeavour to talk, he gets rid of his mental crisis. Finally he succeeds getting out of seclusion. Alireza Rezaeyan (Nasser) who is indeed a mute boy has now been able to overcome his handicap and now is able to perform his key role so well that in addition to his true life surroundings he transmits this mute-contact to the spectators of the film regardless whether these spectators can hear or not, but the main point is that "no man should ever give up hope of life."
- Ten years after their married life, Dr, Shakibeh Moayed, an experienced and skilled obstetrician, and her husband, a textile designer, are deprived of the joy of having children. As a last resort to save their marriage, Dr. Moayed adopts and orphan girl, but her husband finds it impossible to accept the as a member of his family. The girl is sent back to the orphanage and is subsequently adopted by a well-to-do lady, while Dr. Moayed's marriage is on the verge of disruption.
