When Ginger and Dixie are watching the wrestling match, they are sitting at ringside in the front row. But on the various long shots of the two wrestlers and the audience; Ginger and Dixie are not seen in the audience. They are only seen during closeups and two-shots.
When the trial starts, on the long-shot of the courtroom there is an empty table behind Courtney. But on a two-shot of Courtney and his lawyer later on; the table is now occupied by three court clerks.
When Ginger is thrown overboard into the water by the sailors; Courtney dives in to save her. But the acoustics and lighting changes from that of the previous shots and the ones after thus indicating that the dialog and action occurring in the water were done on a sound stage. This is also the case when Bronson is thrown off the dock into the water by Ginger.
When Courtney disguised as the chauffeur Carter leaves the park after a rendezvous with Ginger; his chauffeur is waiting to drive him home. But later on, as they prepare to leave on a planned trip to avoid the process servers; he and his lawyer are struggling to catch a taxi. It, however, makes no sense for Courtney and his lawyer to be out on the street hailing a taxi when Courtney has his own chauffeur-driven car.
When Ginger was in Bronson's office; the name Courtney was mentioned several times by Bronson, Max, and LeClaire. Ginger then calls her lover "Carter" and the servant picks up the phone and says "Courtney's Residence" however this doesn't raise an ounce of suspicion on Ginger. Later on when they knock on Courtney's door and the butler greets them; his voice still does not raise any suspicions. Since Ginger is an expert processor; it should have raised a red flag.
When Dismore speaks with Ginger and Dixie at Courtney's residence; he deduces that they are process servers and commences to depart with Courtney through the back door exit. But later on, the yacht when he and Ginger meet again after the drowning incident; they act as if they are seeing each other for the first time, therefore, the ensuing dialog doesn't make any sense.
When Ginger dives off the yacht back into the water; Lawyer Dismore advises Courtney to jump in and bring her back on board because the summons isn't legal until she gets back onshore and signs it. If this is so then it doesn't make sense when a few minutes earlier Dismore tells the sailors to throw her overboard after it is revealed that she is a process server and had just served Courtney with papers.
