• Billy Flynn : [During Roxie's prison interview]  Don't you worry, my dear. The American public will fight to the death for you and your wee one.

  Roxie Hart : But what will beat the rap? That's the rented test.

  Mary Sunshine : Every true woman will be with you spiritually, Mrs. Hart. Motherhood itself will be at stake.

  Roxie Hart : You've been so kind, Miss Sunshine. If it's a girl, I'd like to name it after you.

  Mary Sunshine : Oh, you darling! Oo, that's just too sweet.

  Roxie Hart : And if it's a boy, after you, Jake.

  Jake Callahan : [laughs nervously]  Oh, no, not me, honey. Thanks just the same. You slip it to Billy here.

  Billy Flynn : Well, I... I appreciate the honor naturally. But I happen to be married and happily and would like to remain so.
