Sex & Nudity

Violence & Gore

  • References to or implications of killing though none of this is shown onscreen.
  • Some typical western style gunplay with some banditos in the name of self protection. Also a 2 on 1 fight in a bark.
  • There is a firing squad scene and a killing with a machette, but as mentioned above, it is implied, not fully seen.

Profanity

  • Gringo and other insults are used some outdated racial terms are thrown around casually.
  • Perhaps a few hells, and damns, and one "stinking".
  • A few uses of "jackass".

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • The native Mexican mountain villagers smoke large rolled 'cigars' of obviously locally grown leaf. Make of that what you will.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A dead donkey is shown. This can be disturbing.
  • The theme of greed may be found frightening to some. This film is quite intense.
