The gang do parodies of current commercials(Raliegh Cigarettes, Clairol Shampoo, Blue Bonnet Margarine), A satire of "The Price is right" has Bill Cullen in a cameo, and in "that Wonderful Year" segment devoted to 1922, Marion's a frustrated phone operator and Carol plays an oriental girl in a Chinese port town.

Garry starts with a lip-sync routine of Tony Martin, then some New Yorkese words. Fontaine (as John L. C. Sivony) gives a Christopher Columbus monologue and Carol as a tipsy princess does a taped news segment. Marion tries to get an on-set seat while Martin sings. In the "That Wonderful Year" segment, 1921 is saluted with a take off on Rudolph Valentino's film, "The Shiek".
