- A woman leans over the table and cleavage is visible.
- It is implied that a man rapes a woman. He is seen for a split second removing her nightgown; there is a brief nipple flash in both scenes, and easily overlooked. In a later flashback to this same scene, the rape takes place.
- A man approaches a door and listens to a man and a woman giggling and moaning implying they are having sex. The man then walks in and we see a woman holding her breasts, and nothing is shown.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- A baby is murdered. While it is offscreen, we still hear the gunshot, and it can be very upsetting to some viewers.
- Eastwood and Van Cleef are beaten by thugs, but not very graphically. Whilst the beating takes place,the main villain is laughing psychotically and his men start doing the same.
- The main villain is portrayed to be mad, and some of his behaviour is disturbing as he takes pleasure in murder.
- Flashbacks of a rape may disturb some viewers.
