Sex & Nudity

  • Intense subjects like Rape and murder may shock viewers especially as this is a sitcom

Violence & Gore

  • Some episodes involve violent incidents, usually occurring off-screen and spoken about by the characters. Several guest characters are revealed to have died or been killed, one murder being witnessed by the all main characters (we see their horrified reactions). One male lead is the victim of a mugging (during which his transgender friend is murdered), and both female leads are on separate occasions the targets of sexual assaults (one of which occurs on-screen in a famous two-part episode).

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The final episodes are upsetting and triggering
