Sex & Nudity

  • There are provocative scenes where couples are shown engaging in intimate situations in groups of people. A main character is shown for a couple of minutes in only his underwear, both front and back shots. A female character is in a mini-dress that comes just below her hips. She turns quickly and exposes her underwear from the rear.

Violence & Gore

  • A large rumble occurs and the scene is excessively long, lasting about 7 minutes of constant intense fighting. This is meant to depicted the harsh atrocities of gang culture and wars.
  • There are several gang fights that include weapons (knives, bricks, sticks). A man falls from a high balcony and his skull is crushed; this scene includes gore and would likely disturb at least children and likely some older people. The gang members are shown in various states of injury, including bruises, cuts, and some gore.

Profanity

  • One use of bastard
  • Some possible mild toilet humor and jokes regarding language.
  • Some use of the "d" and "h" words and references to prostitution. A woman is called a "b---."

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Explicit heroin drug use throughout film. Marijuana use along with cigarettes and alcohol.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The aforementioned scenes listed under "violence and gore," particularly the balcony scene. Drug use and a potential suicide attempt are also shown, all of which would likely disturb very young and sensitive viewers.
